The "Bridge Sea Breeze" was delivered at the China Merchants Heavy Industry Manufacturing Base in Nantong, Jiangsu. Among the offshore wind power installation platforms that have been built so far, the "Bridge Haifeng" has the longest pile leg and the crane with the strongest comprehensive lifting capacity, and a number of performance indicators have reached the international leading level.

The pearl of the river and the sea, the most beautiful Nantong, Nantong is their hometown, the bridge bureau and Nantong also have an indissoluble bond, the Shanghai-Sutong Yangtze River Railway Bridge has been opened to traffic and the Shanghai-Chongqing-Rong high-speed railway under construction is the best example. Since entering the field of offshore wind power 13 years ago, China Railway Bridge Bureau has participated in the construction of more than 20 offshore wind farms, creating many "firsts" and "firsts" in the field of offshore wind power construction in mainland China. The cooperation with China Merchants Industry to develop the "Bridge Sea Breeze" lasted 16 months, embodying the hard work and efforts of many parties, and pinning on the dream of the bridge people to sail away in the wind. At the ceremony, Mao Weiqi read out the naming words and named the 2,000-ton new-generation wind power installation platform of China Railway Bridge Bureau. Mao Weiqi said that from China's "bridge building national team" to the "vanguard" of offshore wind power, over the past 70 years, 4,000 rainbows have been blessed by tens of millions. Today, the 2,000-ton new generation offshore wind power installation platform built by the China Railway Bridge Bureau has been completed and delivered, and it is about to set sail.
Subsequently, the leaders at the meeting took the stage to jointly push the rod and unveil the platform ship; Mei Xianzhi handed over the golden key symbolizing the completion of the delivery to Xiao Shibo, and after the naming and delivery ceremony of the "Bridge Sea Breeze", the leaders boarded the ship to visit the "Bridge Sea Breeze" self-elevating offshore wind power installation platform.
