Today, we would like to introduce the Japan Mishu Museum and its collections. Miho Museum is a private art museum located in Koga City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. Founded by Mihideko Koyama, the museum's collection includes artworks from ancient civilizations such as Japan, China, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, Egypt, Greece, and Rome.
Mihideko Koyama
The museum was founded by the famous Chinese-American architect I.M. Pei, who was inspired by Tao Yuanming's "The Peach Blossom Spring" by Tao Yuanming of the Wei and Jin Dynasties.
Each part of the museum embodies the architect's unconventional and innovative style, consisting of a new aluminium frame and glass canopy, complemented by warm materials such as Magny Dori limestone and specially developed stained concrete. There are also exhibition forms and storage devices, which fully demonstrate the ingenuity and wisdom of the designer.
Even if you've been to Japan, you don't know much about the Japan Mishu Museum. Even if you know about it, you don't necessarily see it. Because it's low-key, it's remote, and it's mostly buried in valleys. So after entering through the gate, you have to go through the cave and go through the tunnel.
At the end of the day, the house is suddenly open.
Every scene is beautiful, think of a painting.
There are about 2,000 rare cultural relics and artworks from all over the world, all of which are cultural relics.
Mihideko Koyama's collection began in 1941, initially with ancient Japanese tea ceremony artifacts, and later with antiquities from Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
