EMPLOYMENT PERIOD JOINS US
The staff of public welfare positions of the Daguan County Meteorological Bureau shall not be included in the formal establishment of the unit, and the employment period shall not exceed 3 years. The labor contract shall be signed for management and use, and the labor contract shall be signed once a year. After the expiration of the contract, it shall be determined whether to renew it according to the assessment situation organized by the unit. If the employee violates the management regulations or is incompetent during the performance of the contract, the labor contract will be terminated in accordance with the relevant regulations.

The probationary period of the hired personnel is 1 month, and the salary and treatment are implemented with reference to the employment policy of public welfare positions of the human resources and social security department and the existing standards of the Daguan County Meteorological Bureau, and the comprehensive income is about 3,000 yuan/month after being regularized.
