The sorting production line was used for the first time in the "Lighthouse Factory" of Sany Heavy Industry Changsha No. 18, which can accurately and efficiently guide the robot to automatically detect, classify, pick, polish, palletize and other processes of plasma-cut steel plate parts.

The reporter saw in the factory workshop that more than 100 robots operated accurately and orderly in the newly planned flexible production island, and the robots automatically sorted steel plates, and the robotic arm automatically welded the turret and outriggers. Various types of AGV vehicles carry "heavyweight" components and automatically pick, transport and unload goods in the workshop. Jiang Qingbin, deputy general manager of Sany Heavy Industry Pumping Company, told reporters that this sorting production line not only helped the factory save more than 60% of labor costs, realized the automatic flexible sorting of tens of thousands of steel plate parts, but also increased the sorting capacity several times, and effectively achieved cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency increase.

The intelligent blanking and sorting production line of "AI+3D vision" is just the epitome of Seebit's high-tech empowerment of new quality productivity. In order to solve the problem of shortage of welders and difficulty in recruitment, Seebit has developed an intelligent flexible welding workstation for automatic welding without teaching and programming. The product can guide the robot to carry out welding operations efficiently, accurately and stably, greatly improve the efficiency and quality of robot welding, and realize the flexibility and automation of robot welding. At the same time, in order to solve the problems of low efficiency of traditional quality inspection and high difficulty coefficient of large-size workpiece measurement for high-precision measurement scenarios, Seebit has developed an MVM large-size high-precision online measurement system with independent intellectual property rights. In order to solve the problems of difficult production and assembly quality management, low manual detection efficiency, and lack of statistical analysis of problems, Seebit has developed an online detection system with flexible online detection, high accuracy, and preventing the wrong and missing parts from flowing out of defective products...... Industrial vision is the use of computer vision technology to automatically identify, position, detect and other operations on various images in the industrial production process, so as to achieve automated and intelligent production. Through industrial vision technology, companies can greatly increase the level of automation of production lines, reduce manual intervention, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
