The registered company of the "Girl Kayla" trademark is Guangzhou Gain E-commerce Co., Ltd., the legal representative is Li Jiezhou, the company was established in September 2022, and the cancellation time is March 4, 2024. Another company jointly held by the three shareholders, Li Jiehao, Li Jiezhou and Li Jieying, Guangzhou Yunding E-commerce Co., Ltd., was cancelled in January last year. The suppliers determined that this was a planned and malicious fraud to run away.
According to the victimized suppliers, the arrears that were swept away were as high as 35 million yuan, involving more than 300 suppliers, many of whom came from Shahe.com's clothing stalls, and many of them were post-90s entrepreneurs.

At present, the suppliers affected by the "runaway" incident have set up rights protection groups.

For orders that have been placed but not shipped: consumers can initiate a "refund only", and the platform will pay the full compensation;
For orders that have been shipped and have not confirmed receipt: the consumer can choose "refund only" or confirm receipt;
For orders that have been confirmed: If consumers encounter problems, they can also initiate a refund, and the after-sales service will be guaranteed by the platform.
If there are other problems, consumers can communicate and deal with them through Taobao's official customer service, and Taobao Apparel will make every effort to protect the rights and interests of consumers.
