The phenomenon of high fees and substandard services said by the owners does not exist.
Regarding the use of the overhaul fund, Ma Hongbo said that the property company is also in accordance with the emergency maintenance measures adopted by the Ankang Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Ankang People's Congress, and all procedures are "reasonable and legal". The start of the overhaul fund is also in accordance with the "Shaanxi Provincial Property Management Regulations" and the "Shaanxi Provincial Public Maintenance Fund Use Measures", through the owners' committee, the community and other relevant departments on-site evidence and then implemented, the overhaul fund does not go through the property, and the maintenance is also filed with the housing management of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.
