At present, there are 38 people in the company who have been lifted out of poverty by filing and establishing a card, and their annual income is more than 30,000 yuan. Since last year, in accordance with the work requirements of "upgrading a batch", "supporting a batch", "building a new batch" and "adjusting a batch", the city has actively carried out the quality improvement and upgrading of the employment assistance workshop, and vigorously supported the development of Liling characteristic industries. Zhu Longyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy Community, introduced that through a thorough investigation, a total of 95 people with employment difficulties were identified, and 94 people were helped to achieve employment, with an employment rate of 98.9%.
In 2023, through the integration of resources from human resources and social security, civil affairs, water conservancy, agriculture and rural areas, the city will develop 576 public welfare posts, resettle 107 people with employment difficulties, 639 rural people lifted out of poverty, and issue public welfare post subsidies of 9.9667 million yuan. Broaden access to youth employment
In the post-epidemic era, the demand for college graduates has been declining, while the number of graduates has been rising, the supply of the talent market has exceeded demand, and the employment situation of college students has become grim. In this regard, the city has taken ensuring the overall stability of the employment of college graduates as the top priority of the employment of key groups, and has successively created 11 youth employment training bases.
