New thinking on the development model of rural all-for-one tourism

Rural tourism is a form of village tourism with the purpose of tourism and vacation, the village wilderness as the space, and the characteristics of nomadic and wild behavior. With the rapid development of rural tourism, in recent years, many original innovative concepts and new theories have been put forward around rural tourism, such as: nomadic dwelling, wild travel, living tours, poetic dwelling, second residence, light construction, scene era, etc., the new concept and new theory have enriched the content and diversified forms of rural tourism, and effectively alleviated the increasingly serious problem of homogenization of rural tourism. In the past, rural tourism was to go to the countryside to learn about some rural folk customs, etiquette and customs, etc., and you can also enjoy some rural native products (rice, corn, sorghum, wheat, etc.), fruit trees, streams, bridges and understand their stories. Activities in which tourists can stay, learn, and experience rural lifestyles in and around the countryside (often traditional villages in remote areas). The village can also serve as a base for tourists to explore the nearby area. The concept of rural tourism includes two aspects: one is to take place in rural areas, and the other is to use rural nature as a tourist attraction, both of which are indispensable.

Scenic service-oriented rural tourism model

The village next to the scenic spot is a very easy rural tourism product to form. Because people have already come, the peasants will do some service on their own initiative. There should be a certain degree of standardization in the service-oriented villages of scenic spots. The basic condition of this kind of village is that it is close to mature scenic spots, or large tourism projects, and the village has relatively good hardware conditions, and it can do some accommodation reception. The direction of upgrading some villages in this way is to a certain degree of standardization, and at the same time not to erase personalization, it can be matched with mature scenic spots, and do organized accommodation reception. An ideal state is to learn from the way of hotel management to manage these homestays, so that it can achieve a unified service standard, unified price pricing and settlement, and more importantly, it can form an association or alliance to bundle the development with the surrounding scenic spots.

A leisure-oriented rural tourism model

This kind of village is close to the suburbs of the city, has a good ecological environment, has a certain amount of farmland and mountain farms, and can introduce some leisure and amusement facilities. It is more suitable for groups around the city to create a diversified leisure and recreation space through creative development. For example, such as rural campsites, wetland parks, outdoor sports parks, small leisure farms, etc. From the perspective of this village development mode, the original ecological village may not have such strong characteristics, but it can meet the basic needs of accommodation and reception, and the scope of the village area outside the village, including farmland, rivers, lakes and mountains, has built a base for the suburban ecology that is not 54 years old. For example, there is a cycling green island, there is a fishing garden, depending on the characteristics of the village itself, to build a very good quality to live in and play in a village.

Cultural rural tourism model

First of all, a village is a museum of local culture, and the building itself will tell the history and culture of the local culture. The second is the fusion of the old and the new, combining the new form of tourism products with the characteristics of the original village style. The display of individuality, in such a traditional village, to integrate personalized and fashionable products, can achieve a balance between tourism income and residents' income, it is sustainable. Such a village is suitable for the development of cultural homestays, hotels, village museums, intangible cultural heritage workshops, artist studios and other fashionable businesses. Such a village has relatively high requirements for itself, and the construction of tourism products needs to pay attention to diversification, it is not only a homestay, but also a hotel and a country inn with style, which is just a reception facility. When you go to the countryside, in addition to staying, you also hope to experience the local culture and perceive the memory of the village. The public social center of the book bar and café, together with the reception facilities with a sense of vacation, will constitute the village as an experiential rural tourism facility.
