At that time, I asked him to bring me the contract, and he said that there were still two official seals that could not be found, and the next day he took them to the workers on the construction site and brought them to me. ”
After that, Master Shao did not get a second contract, and after the workers installed the flooring for him, the company began to urge him to pay. In April this year, Master Shao's wife transferred 60,000 yuan to the other party's account. It stands to reason that the construction progress should be able to advance quickly when the money is in place, but the construction suddenly stopped, and the legal person and designer of Shangqin Company also lost contact.
Master Shao: "I didn't answer the phone, I didn't reply to the message, I had no choice, so I came to this company to find him, and then he avoided me and didn't meet." ”
Master Shao introduced that because the business location of Shangqin Decoration had been closed, he found Da Vinci Decoration. Last weekend, Master Shao came again and met the person who signed the contract with him. He asked for a refund or continued performance of the contract, but the reply made him angry.
Master Shao: "He said, 'Anyway, the company is facing bankruptcy now, the shareholders have run away, it is useless for you to look for me, you can do whatever you want'." I said, 'At that time, the contract was signed with you, and you called to urge the payment, why did your company have internal problems in January - facing the company's bankruptcy, why did you still urge me to pay in April?' After I handed over the money, why didn't you answer your phone calls or send messages?' Then he said, 'There's no way, there's not a penny in the company's account, I'm just a small person in charge, if you want to call the police, you can call the police, if you want to go to the court, you can go to the court.'" ”
Subsequently, the reporter accompanied Master Shao to the Da Vinci Decoration Company, and met Mr. Yang, the legal person of Shangqin Decoration, at the scene. Mr. Yang said that he is also a shareholder of Da Vinci Decoration, and Shangqin Decoration has indeed encountered problems in operation and has now suspended business.
Regarding the problems encountered by Master Shao, Mr. Yang said that he was willing to negotiate with Master Shao to solve them, and then the two went to the Beijing Road Police Station for consultation. As of press time, it was learned that Master Shao and the legal person signed a contract, agreeing to complete the follow-up construction before May 31.
