In order to further promote the construction of a youth development city and meet the development needs of young people in Longting District, on the evening of May 15, the first phase of the "Chinese New Year's Eve School" in Longting District, sponsored by the Youth League District Committee, was launched. Yu Yaying, a lecturer of the New Era of Henan Province and director of the Department of Clinical Nutrition of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heda University, was invited to bring a vivid and interesting "reasonable diet" nutrition matching course to more than 60 young people present, which not only brightened up the life of the Chinese New Year's Eve, but also empowered the health of Longting youth.
In the class, the teacher gave a detailed interpretation of the basic three meals a day, healthy weight to how to choose vegetables and fruits, dairy products, snacks, etc., and taught the knowledge of meal matching in daily life through witty and interesting lectures, and the young students were enthusiastic and actively participated.
"This event gave me a deeper understanding of health and wellness. I learned that using a reasonable diet can better improve physical and mental health and enjoy a better youthful life. The 'Chinese New Year's Eve School really benefits our young people, and we can indeed learn a lot of useful knowledge. A young student at the scene said.
In the next step, the CYL District Committee will continue to use the "Chinese New Year's Eve School" as the carrier to continue to explore the learning content and learning forms that young people like to see, and carry out activities and courses suitable for the majority of young friends, such as illustration, tea art, coffee tasting, and intangible cultural heritage experience, so as to meet the practical needs of young people in cultural life and skill learning, and effectively enhance the sense of gain and happiness of young people in Longting.
