On July 12, 2023, patient Zhang Moumou was treated in an outpatient hospital for a bulge in the left neck under general anesthesia for neck tumor resection + cervical lymph node dissection + left submandibular gland resection + flap repair, postoperative pathology showed well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, diagnosed as a malignant tumor in the left neck, metastatic cancer was found on peripheral lymph node exploration, and the postoperative recovery was good.
