In August 2022, Nie Xin immediately entered the working state as soon as he arrived at the school. As a mathematics teacher, Nie Xin is most involved in the preparation and teaching of mathematics teaching. The setting of the topic and the arrangement of teaching, he and the teachers are careful little by little - it is not too difficult and detached from reality; It is also necessary to improve students' abilities according to the grade level, so that students can learn the content deeply and lay a solid foundation.
As the leader of the third batch of Anhui Province's "group-type" education aid team for Tibet, he also arranged for Anhui teachers to form pairs with 19 local municipal backbone teachers and subject leaders to help local teachers grow rapidly.
"Pay attention to the foundation, pay attention to practice, Anhui teachers and local teachers grind lessons and work together to solve problems. Based on the actual situation of local students, we have organized and compiled a series of course materials and workbooks. Nie Xin said.
Through Anhui's aid to Tibet, Nie Xin also built a set of information-based campus system. Walking into the classroom, Tenzin Dolma, a senior high school student, is skillfully operating a tablet. On the tablet screen, the content of the teacher's presentation is synchronized. "For some courses that require animated demonstrations and picture playback, the tablet is very convenient." Tenzin Dolma said. Not only that, but the system can also match students with practice questions that match their individual level. In view of the different learning conditions and uneven grades of students in the class, the school has designed a number of sets of questions, which can be directly synchronized to students of the corresponding level.
