In order to further enrich the way the community does practical things for the people, give full play to the leading and exemplary role of party building, promote and implement the activities of the National Day for the Disabled, popularize health knowledge, and enhance the health awareness and behavior ability of residents to live a healthy lifestyle. On May 15, the Community Health Service Center of the East Power Plant Road Community went to the second phase of Taoyuan Shuixie Community to carry out a free clinic activity with the theme of "Everyone enjoys health, science popularization has a great article", providing residents in the jurisdiction with a "one-stop" consultation service at their doorstep and opening up the "last mile" of serving residents' health.
At around 9 o'clock in the morning, residents of the community came to the free clinic site in the small square and lined up in an orderly manner. The medical staff of the free clinic team provided intimate, meticulous and professional medical services and popular science knowledge to every resident who came to the consultation, and distributed health knowledge popularization brochures to the masses on the spot, further popularizing health knowledge, enhancing the public's awareness of disease prevention, advocating everyone to adopt a low-salt and low-oil diet, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits with a light diet, and strengthen exercise at ordinary times to prevent health science education on diabetes and hypertension and other diseases in advance.
In the process of free consultation, medical staff registered information for every resident who came to seek medical consultation, measured blood pressure, blood sugar, checked qi and blood deficiency, monitored the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and pulmonary aortic vascular conditions, and popularized the prevention of common, frequent and endemic diseases. At the same time, patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease are carefully inquired about their physical conditions, and then explained in detail according to the diseases, including the etiology, clinical manifestations, treatment and preventive measures of the diseases, and gave them on-site health guidance, and patiently advised them on daily precautions.
At the same time, the community health service station has also launched a family doctor contract service to establish and manage health records for residents who are interested in signing a contract, so as to protect the health of residents in an all-round way. The action of family doctor service into the community is conducive to improving the health literacy level of the whole people, strengthening the health management of residents and the prevention and control of chronic diseases, and enhancing the sense of access to health services for the masses.

The health consultation and free clinic activities served more than 70 people, and distributed more than 240 copies of five kinds of health education materials, including the prevention and health care of hypertension and diabetes, which improved the health care knowledge of community residents and enhanced their awareness of scientific disease prevention and health preservation.
Through this face-to-face and zero-distance free clinic activity, residents were guided to continuously improve their health awareness, develop good living habits, and also enhance their attention to health. In the future, the community of Power Plant East Road will continue to link all kinds of medical resources to carry out free clinic activities, so that medical resources can sink into the community, so that residents can enjoy health and medical services at their doorstep, and escort the health of the majority of residents.
