Recently, Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13 West Extension Project Station Decoration and Wind and Hydropower Installation Project 4 Bid (Zhuguang Road Station Access to Line 2 Xujing East Station Renovation) bidding.
According to the tender announcement, Zhuguang Road Station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13 West Extension Project and Xujing East Station of Existing Rail Transit Line 2 (built) adopt channel transfer access, and the existing Xujing East Station is located on the east side of the intersection of Xumin East Road and Zhuguang Road, and is jointly built with the National Convention and Exhibition Center, with a station length of 564.37m, a standard section width of 18.2m, and a platform width of 10.6m.
The project content of this bid section is the renovation project of decoration, ventilation and air conditioning system, water supply and drainage and fire protection system, and power lighting system within the scope of the renovation of Zhuguang Road Station of Line 13 West Extension Project and Xujing East Station of Line 2.
The construction of the passage between Zhuguang Road Station and Xumin East Road means that in the future, Line 2, Line 13 and Line 17 will form a close interchange between these two stations (Line 25 is to be determined).
The total investment of the west extension project of Line 13 is 117000418000 yuan (about 11.7 billion yuan).
The construction and installation project cost of this bid section is 39.5 million yuan.
The maximum price limit for this tender is 39.5 million yuan.
The construction period is 838 calendar days.
The deadline for submission of bid documents is 10:00 on May 29, 2024.
If we assume that construction starts on July 1 this year, then the construction is expected to be completed on October 17, 2026.
In the 2023 "Qingpu District Annual Major Project List", the construction schedule of the West Extension of Line 13 is shown to be completed in December 2025. It is also rumored that the project will be completed in 2026.
