While the large number of shops brings economic benefits, it also brings challenges to social governance. In response to the repeated prohibitions on cross-door operations and road occupation and stalls, the urban management of Xinqiao Town took the lead in launching a comprehensive video command platform in the whole district in the middle of last year to promote the innovation of management and law enforcement methods in a digital way. Up to now, 2,300 problems have been found online, and 290 off-site law enforcement cases have been completed, achieving phased results.
Walking into the control room of the smart urban management platform of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team of Xinqiao Town, the real-time pictures of key streets, farmers' markets, and inner streets in the town are displayed on the large screen, and real-time visual supervision is carried out on the problems related to urban management, such as cross-door operation, road occupation operation, littering, littering, and drying.
Through the AI intelligent identification system, it automatically identifies, captures, and videos, and the operation of the road occupation is displayed in front of a grain and oil store in Xinqiao Town. Through the store information entered in the early stage, subsequent violations of the notice, document delivery and fine payment can be carried out on the "cloud" side, realizing the whole process of contactless "off-site law enforcement" closed-loop.
This case is the epitome of the effectiveness of Xinqiao Town's smart urban management platform. "Through the implementation of the intelligent platform, problems can be quickly discovered and efficiently disposed of, and labor is also saved." Gu Weizhang, captain of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team of Xinqiao Town, introduced that there are nearly 2,000 shops in the jurisdiction of Xinqiao Town, and the law enforcement team currently has only 22 members of the law enforcement power. The integrated video command platform accelerates the transformation of urban management law enforcement from manpower-intensive to intelligent interaction, which not only shortens the time for handling cases, but also improves the efficiency of law enforcement, and can form a closed-loop management of "rapid discovery, efficient processing, non-current law enforcement, and precise governance" within the coverage of public video.
More than 100 cameras embedded with artificial intelligence algorithms are the "clairvoyants" of the platform, which are distributed in all commercial streets, important traffic and community entrances that are prone to cross-door business, road stalls, messy piles, and indiscriminate drying. "In the next step, we will further increase the deployment scope of smart probes, strive to break the blind spot of vision, and achieve no dead ends within the jurisdiction. At the same time, the focus of work will be extended from street control to construction waste control, construction site management, garbage classification and other municipal, water affairs, environmental protection law enforcement matters. Gu Weizhang revealed that in the second half of this year, a large vehicle identification module will be implanted in the smart camera located at the entrance of the community, through the timely capture of the dynamics of large vehicles loaded with concrete, muck, construction waste, building materials, etc. in and out of the community, and combined with the cooperation of offline property personnel, to achieve effective control of illegal construction and group renting in the community.
