After the young people move in, the relevant units can also regularly hold various cultural activities, such as pottery, baking, cultural and creative markets, sand paintings, street dance, etc., so that young people can grow up in interaction and feel the warmth and comfort of home.
"Relevant units can also establish cultural venues such as Chinese New Year's Eve School in the Youth Preferential Housing Project, and launch a number of cultural activities with diverse and flexible hours in combination with the diversified working hours of young people, so that young people can feel the temperature and charm of the city and better integrate into the city." As an entrepreneur, Jiang Teng pays special attention to employment and entrepreneurship services. He suggested strengthening the connection between the youth preferential housing plan and employment and entrepreneurship policies, setting up a special youth employment and entrepreneurship guidance center, providing career planning, skills training, entrepreneurship support and other services for young people, and cooperating with universities and industrial parks to build youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases.
"After young people come to a city, in addition to housing, employment and entrepreneurship, they also have needs for marriage, love, socialization, leisure and entertainment." Jiang Teng added that relevant units can establish a dating platform in the youth preferential living community, and regularly organize online and offline social activities such as theme parties, interactive games, and spiritual salons, so as to provide more convenient dating services for young people. It can also cooperate with surrounding businesses to launch preferential activities, so that young people can enjoy a more affordable consumption experience.
Providing rich activities for young people is also the focus of the work of the Youth League Municipal Committee. Zhou Zheng introduced that in the early stage, the youth preferential housing projects in Shinan District, Shibei District, West Coast New District, Chengyang District and other districts and cities have organized employment sharing meetings, reading clubs, interest salons and other activities, and have achieved good results.
