There is a saying in the sea of the workplace: "You don't do it, some people do it." It reveals a certain bitterness of helplessness. There are many jobs, but it's hard to find the ones that really suit you.
Every year, thousands of students walk out of school during the graduation season, and there is often a huge gap between their expectations and the reality of the market. Especially in the mainland, when there are more people and fewer jobs, competition naturally becomes extremely fierce.
Many people enter the workforce with idealistic expectations – a high salary, stability, good benefits, and so on. The reality is that there are not many such good jobs, and most of them are concentrated in highly competitive systems or large companies.
This leads to "volumes". Everyone is squeezing into those few "good jobs", and the result is that many people can only choose those jobs that pay less.
Naturally, the capitalists are happy to see this happen. With a large number of job seekers in their hands, they are naturally able to regulate their wages as they wish. What's more, they know that these young people, especially those who have just come out of school, are inexperienced and eager to find a job, so they are more likely to be squeezed.
Some interns have to pay their own living expenses in hospitals or companies, and they do not even receive a basic salary. Their complaints never stopped, but there was still a long queue behind them. These latecomers are also eager to try and hope to enter the workplace in this way. The former chose to leave, and almost immediately someone would fill it.
This doesn't just happen in low-end jobs. In some seemingly decent positions, the situation is much the same. The work intensity is high, and sometimes even overtime pay has become a luxury. But if you are not willing to accept such conditions, the capitalists' answer is often cold and straightforward: "No, some people do it!" This sentence is like a slap in the face, which makes many job seekers feel cold.
A popular saying on the Internet is: "If the dog can't do it, I will do it", which reflects their helplessness and the cruelty of the current job market. Does this mean that we should accept all of this? The answer is clearly no. But in this environment, there doesn't seem to be much choice for everyone.
Iron also needs to be hard. In such a market environment, competence becomes even more important.
