2024 Youyu County Public Security Patrol Officer Recruitment Announcement

In order to further build the social security prevention and control system in Youyu County, effectively maintain the public security order of the county, and create a safe, harmonious and stable business environment, entrusted by the Office of the Leading Group for Public Recruitment Work in Youyu County, Shuozhou Deju Renxin Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Deju Renxin Company) adopts the dispatch system to openly recruit public security patrol members from the society, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and quantity

It is planned to recruit 13 staff (male only) for public security patrol positions under the labor dispatch system.

2. Recruitment objects and registration conditions

(1) Qualifications

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system. Comply with national laws and regulations; Have firm ideals and beliefs, resolutely support the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, and have high political literacy and political determination; Be able to unswervingly implement the party's line, principles, and policies.

2. Under the age of 26 (born after June 1, 1998), the public security patrol position requires full-time college graduates or above, height of 170cm or above, professional is not limited, law, public security majors, retired soldiers, and those with secretarial writing and grappling skills are preferred under the same conditions.

3. Good health, good facial features, physical conditions, psychological quality and moral character for normal performance, certain organization and coordination skills, and able to keep state secrets and work secrets.

4. Law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, no record of illegality, discipline and related punishments.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register

(1) Those who have been subject to criminal or public security administrative punishments, re-education through labor, juvenile correction, or have been dismissed from public office;

(2) Those who are in the period of prohibition of personnel examinations due to disciplinary violations;

(3) Have a relatively serious negative personal credit record;

(4) Those who have been expelled from school, league membership or ordered to withdraw from school;

(5) The person or his immediate blood relatives are suspected of committing a crime and have not yet been clarified;

(6) They, their immediate blood relatives, or collateral blood relatives who have a greater influence on the person have been sentenced, participated in illegal organizations, cults, or engaged in other activities that endanger national security;

(7) Active-duty military personnel, civil servants and public service personnel who have not completed their service period or have been dismissed for less than five years, as well as students;

(8) Those who have been dismissed by administrative institutions for violating disciplinary provisions;

(9) Those who have committed illegal acts such as drug abuse, drunk driving, and traffic hit-and-run;

(10) Other situations that are not suitable for the post. In the process of registration, if the applicant falsely declares or conceals a physical or mental illness that is not suitable for the post and does not meet the application requirements, the labor contract shall be terminated immediately if it is discovered after recruitment.

3. Recruitment methods and processes

(1) How to register

1. This recruitment adopts two methods: on-site registration and online registration. Applicants are required to fill in the registration form truthfully and completely. Anyone who provides false registration information will be disqualified from the examination once it is verified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to fraudulently obtain qualifications for the examination will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Registration time: The registration deadline is 18 o'clock on May 23, 2024.

3. Registration location: the second floor of 2 households opposite the north gate of Muzhai New Village, Shuozhou Development Zone.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of registration

(1) One copy of one's valid ID card;

(2) 1 copy of household registration booklet (page of the head of household and himself);

(3) 1 copy of graduation certificate (1 copy of degree certificate for undergraduates, 1 copy of retirement certificate for retired soldiers)

(4) Fresh graduates in 2024 who have not obtained a graduation certificate need to provide school certification materials;

(5) Academic certificate of academic information network (i.e., electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate);

(6) 4 color photos of my recent one-inch frontal bareheaded red background:

(7) Certificate of no illegal or criminal record (issued by the public security police station of the place of household registration or residence).

4. The registration fee is 200 yuan

(2) Qualification review

The entrusted third party will review the registration information submitted by the applicants, focusing on the examination of academic certificates, retirement certificates, certificates of no illegal and criminal records, etc., and the data review will run through the entire recruitment process, and the applicants must ensure the authenticity of the registration information.

(3) Examination and admission

1. Examinations

The recruitment examination is organized by a commissioned third-party organization, and is mainly divided into written test, (May 30), interview (June 6), the full score of both exams is 100 points, the written test score accounts for 60% of the comprehensive score, and the interview score accounts for 40% of the comprehensive score. The written test takes the form of a closed-book examination with a duration of 90 minutes, mainly based on a comprehensive knowledge test, and the content of the written test mainly includes political theory, public foundation, laws and regulations, current affairs and politics, and emergency rescue knowledge. The content of the interview includes manners, language communication, logical thinking ability and comprehensive quality.

2. Employment (announced on June 14)

The comprehensive score is 100 points, and the comprehensive score = written test score ×60% + interview score ×40%, and the written test, interview and comprehensive score are kept to two decimal places (the mantissa is rounded).

According to the comprehensive results from high to low, according to the ratio of 1:3 to determine the list of shortlisted political examination and physical examination to be hired. The publicity period is 3 working days, and those who have no objection will enter the political examination and physical examination.

(4) Political review

The personnel to be hired who enter the political review process must issue a certificate that they and their immediate family members have no illegal or criminal records; If there is a failure or automatic abandonment, the comprehensive score will be supplemented in order from high to low.

(5) Physical examination

Uniformly organize and arrange physical examinations, and the physical examination standards refer to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial). Those who participate in the physical examination shall attend the physical examination at the designated place at the specified time, and the physical examination fee shall be borne by themselves. Those who have passed the physical examination are hired, and if there are vacancies due to giving up the physical examination or failing to pass the physical examination, they will be filled in order from high to low according to the comprehensive score. Those who do not participate in the physical examination at the specified time shall be deemed to have given up their physical examination qualifications and will not be hired.

(6) Publicity

The list of personnel to be hired who have passed the physical examination shall be publicized, and the publicity period shall be 5 working days, and during the publicity period, the personnel to be hired shall be seriously investigated and implemented in violation of the provisions and fraud, and once verified, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

(7) Sign a labor contract

If there is no objection to the publicity, the entrusted Shuozhou Deju Renxin Labor Dispatch Co., Ltd. will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign the labor contract. The contract is signed every two years, and the hired personnel are in-service personnel, and the relevant supporting materials for terminating the labor contract with the original unit and no labor disputes should be provided before signing the labor contract, otherwise, they will not be hired. All personnel to be hired who are unable to go through the relevant procedures within the specified time due to their own reasons shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualifications, and the vacant places will not be filled.

Fourth, remuneration

The salary and remuneration shall be implemented with reference to the salary standard of labor dispatch personnel.

5. Other precautions

(1) The personal information and materials submitted by the applicants shall be true and accurate, and those who do not meet the registration conditions, job requirements or falsification, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment, and recorded; If the contract has been signed, the labor dispatch company may terminate the contract on this basis, and the consequences shall be borne by the candidate.

(2) This examination does not arrange or entrust any institution to hold exam coaching and training courses, please be vigilant and do not be deceived.
