Compaction responsibility. Lipu Sub-district has held many work meetings on the river chief system, improved the system of river chiefs at the street and community (village) levels, tightened and compacted the work responsibilities of the river chiefs at the two levels, regularly supervised and inspected the performance of the river chiefs, and included them in the year-end assessment, strengthened the performance of the river chiefs, and ensured that the role of the river chief was in place.
Strengthen publicity and education. Publicity and education will be taken as a powerful starting point for the work of the "river chief system", and publicity and education on river protection will be carried out in an all-round way through WeChat groups, hanging publicity banners, distributing environmental protection leaflets, loudspeakers and other forms, so as to enhance the public's awareness of responsibility and participation in the protection of the river ecological environment, and form a strong social atmosphere for the whole people to participate in river protection.
Regular inspection and remediation. The river chiefs at the town and village levels regularly carry out river patrol work, conduct daily inspections on whether the river surface and bank slope are cleaned in place, whether there are debris piled up and dumped, and whether there is a sewage outlet into the river, report and rectify problems in a timely manner, and regularly clean up the weeds and straws in the river and clean up and transport them in a centralized manner to ensure full coverage of cleaning and remediation without dead ends.
