Taking the production wastewater of a natural gas purification plant in Sichuan as an example, the application idea of evaporation crystallization process in the wastewater treatment of natural gas purification plant, combined with the phase diagram of Na2SO4-NaCl-H2O, the evaporation crystallization salt separation process is illustrated. Evaporation crystallization is not only the process of separating salt and water, but also the solubility characteristics of each inorganic salt can be combined to extract salt step by step in the evaporation crystallization system, which can effectively separate the inorganic salts. The technology is supported by phase equilibrium, not only can be applied to the wastewater treatment of the purification plant, but also can be applied in the treatment of gas field water, underground brine, salt lake water, and wastewater containing a variety of inorganic salts.
