In this era of informatization and intelligence, the reform and development of education are changing with each passing day, which puts forward higher requirements for teachers' professional quality and teaching ability. The Teacher Literacy Skills Competition aims to stimulate teachers' innovative spirit and practical ability through the form of competition, and promote the updating and upgrading of education and teaching methods. In order to further improve the professional quality and teaching ability of our teachers, from April 9th to May 9th, the second "Growth Cup" Teacher Quality Skills Competition of Dancheng County Second Experimental Primary School Education Group was successfully concluded. A total of 50 teachers signed up for this competition, and through layers of selection, they experienced three aspects of the competition: lectures, micro-classes, and exhibition classes. Finally, 3 outstanding teachers with special prizes, 7 outstanding teachers with first prizes, 6 outstanding teachers with second prizes, and 34 outstanding teachers with third prizes were selected.
The participants of the competition used their professional knowledge, teaching experience and teaching wisdom to demonstrate their unique teaching styles and teaching methods. They not only pay attention to the transfer of knowledge, but also pay more attention to the cultivation of students' abilities and emotional edification. With their own practical actions, they interpret the true meaning of education and the mission of teachers. This competition brings together the wisdom and talent of many educators.
