According to public information, the concept of TOD on Hengli Island was first proposed in April 2021. If this is the case, then the "first commercial complex" project on Hengli Island is expected to enter the market ahead of schedule.

However, due to the commercial and residential nature of the land, it is not excluded that the developer may "sell the residential property first and then build the commercial", such as the Yuexiu International Headquarters Plaza project, which has not been built for more than ten years since the land was acquired.
