After receiving the case, Yang Wenjing, secretary of the community party branch, Zhao Shunli, a grid member, Guo Ting, director of the Zhaowuda South Road Street Judicial Office, and Yang Yang, a member of the inmate, immediately rushed to the residents' homes to understand the situation of both parties and their respective demands, and determine the mediation plan.
