The inspection found that its refinery was in production, but two sets of TiO2 photocatalytic degradation facilities were not operating;
The bag dust collector supporting the refining process of the 1# production line is not running.
The exhaust gas pipes of bag filters in multiple production lines are not connected to the TiO2 photocatalytic degradation facilities.
This kind of behavior is suspected of emitting air pollutants by evading regulation.
After collective discussion, the Bengbu Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment decided to impose the above penalties on the company.
According to the data, Innova Tire was established in 2008 and is located on the north side of Weiwu Road, Guzhen Economic Development Zone, Bengbu City.
Its 19 standardized factories cover an area of 320 acres, with a construction area of nearly 100,000 square meters.
At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 45 million sets of inner and outer tubes.
The main products include electric vehicle tires, bicycle tires, beach tires, light truck tires, motorcycle tires, etc.
