It is reported that the repair of the Du house is located at No. 230, Zhongshan West Road, with a total construction area of 766.5 square meters, built during the Qing Xianfeng and Tongzhi periods, and the owner of the house, Du Yongqian, is a member of the Du clan in Songjiang. The existing front hall, the instrument gate, the main hall, the back building, the east side is set up to penetrate the front and back, the building has five entrances and four courtyards, and it is a traditional dwelling with the layout characteristics of the Songjiang Cangcheng area. In 2004, it was announced as a registered immovable cultural relic in Songjiang District.

Yu's house is located at No. 338-340, Zhongshan West Road, from the architectural characteristics, it is a Qing Dynasty building, with a total construction area of 662.34 square meters, the existing residential building, the back hall, the width of the surface is 17.66 meters, and the depth of the passage is 29.79 meters. The house has four rooms and eight boundaries, and there are attached eaves and crane shin pavilions on the south side. Its four-bay form is not common in Songjiang. In 2004, it was announced as a registered immovable cultural relic in Songjiang District.

According to the staff of the engineering department of Shanghai Cangcheng Development and Construction Co., Ltd., a total of 11 cultural protection point repair projects have been launched in the Cangcheng historical and cultural landscape area this year, with a total construction area of about 4,184 square meters. Among them, Wang's ancestral hall, Wangjiatan No. 8 Tang Mansion, Gu Mansion, Yu Mansion, Xicheng God's Temple Hall started in March, Yang Bingwen Mansion, Wangjiatan No. 15 Tang Mansion started in April, in addition, Zhongshan West Road No. 180-188 two Shen Mansions have completed the bidding work.
