In order to further popularize fire safety knowledge, improve the fire safety awareness of the staff of the Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau, and enhance the ability to resist fires and respond to emergencies, on May 9, the Yuyang District Fire and Rescue Brigade walked into the first team of the Yulin City Management Law Enforcement Bureau to carry out special fire safety training and emergency escape and evacuation drills.
During the training, the firefighters combined with typical cases such as high-rise building fires, electrical fires, gas explosions, and electric vehicle fires in recent years, and explained in depth from four aspects, such as the importance of fire hazard and prevention, responsibilities and obligations, fire safety knowledge, and fire escape. Let every staff member eliminate the luck mentality from the consciousness and improve the ability to cope with it from the action.
Subsequently, an emergency escape and evacuation drill was also organized. As the alarm sounded, the personnel in the building immediately stopped all activities, covered their mouths and noses with wet towels, bent over and quickly left the building, and evacuated to a safe place safely, orderly and quickly according to the established evacuation route. In the practical operation teaching of fire extinguishers, the staff of the fire rescue brigade explained in detail the use methods and precautions of various fire extinguishers, and demonstrated the fire fighting methods under different circumstances.
Through this fire training and drill activity, the fire safety awareness of the staff of the Yulin City Management Law Enforcement Bureau has been effectively enhanced, the ability to deal with and prevent sudden fires has been improved, and the on-site personnel have mastered the necessary basic skills of self-rescue and escape, and further improved the ability of disaster prevention, mitigation and avoidance.
