At present, it is the busy season of green onion seedling transplanting and planting, the farmers in the fields of Xindaiyue Village are facing the scorching sun, seizing the sunny day, and the machinery and manual work together, from the sorting of green onion seedlings, to ridge and furrowing, and then to soil cultivation and planting, there is a busy scene everywhere.
According to Mr. Tang, the person in charge of the project, this round of planting scale has reached more than 1,500 mu, all of which are transferred land by the villagers of Xindaiyue Village, and the land rental cost per mu can reach 700-750 yuan, and more than 200 jobs such as onions and onions can be provided. During the spring and summer onion planting period, the farmers' labor income was 480 yuan/mu, and the income of farmers per mu exceeded 1,200 yuan. During the autumn onion period, the conservative income per mu is more than 1,300 yuan, and the average annual income per mu of farmers is more than 2,500 yuan. Mr. Tang has invested more than 800 yuan and is expected to produce 13,000-17,000 pounds of green onions per mu. The sales channel of the product has been clear, mainly to Weifang, Shangqiu and other places in Shandong, and the order-based planting makes the income more secure.

In the early years, through the construction of high-standard farmland, our village added 24 wells, repaired 940 water outlets, installed 11 transformers, erected more than 2,400 meters of high-voltage lines, and more than 4,500 meters of low-voltage lines, which effectively improved the irrigation efficiency of the whole village. ”
"It's still in the exploration stage, and some villagers are still waiting. In the next step, we will try to contract the collective wells to the enterprises and further reach an agreement with the enterprises to collect management fees, so as to strengthen the collective economy; In view of the current situation that all the onion seedlings come from other places, we try to help enterprises build seedling greenhouses in the village, so that enterprises can see our determination to develop at the same time, completely open up the upstream, middle and downstream of this industry, make the characteristic planting of green onions bigger and stronger, and make it more refined and fine, so that the green onion planting can achieve large-scale, mechanized, standardized and industrialized development; We will also guide the villagers to join the industrial development in the form of shares and dividends in a timely manner after the development of the industry to a certain extent, and the villagers will cultivate soil and transplant in spring, manage and maintain in summer, harvest and processing in autumn, and raise seedlings in greenhouses in winter. Secretary Yan said confidently.
In the process of talking with Secretary Yan, he also talked about the need for specific fertilizers and insect control drugs for planting green onions in combination with the key work of the whole village, "If there is an opportunity, I hope to see our green onion industry and coal gangue fertilizer industry linked, so that the two industries will truly become the 'right hand' of the development of the whole village." At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the "six chaos" rectification of the field, and completely remove plastic waste such as onion seedling bags and fertilizer bags through cooperation with enterprises, so as to improve the value of the industry and enhance the appearance of the whole village.
