Shenzhen News Network, May 13, 2024 (Reporter Zhang Junda) A few days ago, Li Gaoyang, the first jazz saxophonist in Asia to appear in the United Nations "International Jazz Day Global All-Star Concert", held a cultural exchange activity of "Shilong Yueyin Appointment - Li Gaoyang FUSION BAND Jazz Concert" in the small theater of Shilong Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Dongguan.

During the event, jazz saxophonist Li Gaoyang performed a number of classic works with the top fusion jazz band FUSION BAND. He is fluent in tenor, soprano saxophone, EWI and other instruments, and his musical styles span Hard Bop, Post Bop, Model, Free Jazz, Funk and Fusion. The band performed a fusion of jazz, rock, funk and other elements to create an experimental and improvisational musical expression, bringing the audience a new feeling of multicultural integration with changing musical lines and colors.
