"The heart hides the gods, the liver hides the soul, the heart is the fire, the liver is the wind, the wind is victorious, the wood fire is burning, and the soul is restless, so there are changes in the mood of anger and compassion.
The liver is the organ of the wind wood, if the water does not contain the wood, the liver yang wind spins, which can also affect the change of mood. "Su Wen Yuji True Dirty Treatise" says: The liver "is too much, and it makes people forgetful" (the new correction is changed to good anger, which is very good). If the internal wind is stroked, the wind, phlegm, qi and blood will be overwhelming, disturbing the gods, and it can cause convulsions and fainting. Such as thin syncope, decoction, blow and other visceral strokes. "Su Wen: The Great Treatise of the Six Yuan Zheng Era" says, "Mu Yuzhi's hair...... ignorant of people, good at violence and stiffness", which is caused by liver stroke.

It is like cold, heat, and fiery evil, all of which can turn the wind into strength.

"Su Wen Pingren Meteorological Theory" said: "The face is swollen and said to be wind. "Its symptoms are like the external attack of wind evil, which makes the body's water metabolism abnormal, and the water vapor rises to form facial swelling, that is, feng shui disease.
"Lingshu Meridians" says: "The veins of the stomach and feet are the sick of the main blood, the mouth." "Lingshu Jingten" also said: "The sun of the feet and the sun of the hands are urgent, then the mouth and eyes are secluded, and the eyes are urgent. This is what later generations called the crooked mouth and eyes. Although the cause of the illness is described in the cold and heat, it is said to be the wind in the foot and the sun meridian in the hand. For example, "The Origin and Syndrome of Diseases" says: "The wind evil enters the meridian of the foot yang and the sun of the hand, and when it is cold, it is urgent to lead the cheeks, so the mouth is secluded, the speech is not correct, and the eyes can not be leveled, and the diagnosis of its pulse can be cured." ”
3. Eye
The tears in the eyes are caused by the evil eyes of the wind. "Su Wen: Solving the Subtle Theory" says: "Crying in the wind and not stopping, the husband is also in the wind." Yang Qi is guarded in the essence, and it is the fire that burns the eyes, so when you see the wind, you cry. "This theory is burnt on fire, and the wind is evil outside, so we cry in the wind. "Su Wen Feng Treatise" also said: "Wind and Yang Ming enter the stomach, follow the pulse and go up to the inner canthus of the eye...... If people are thin, they will leak out and be cold, and they will cry out for the cold. This theory of wind into the yang and Ming follow the meridians to the inner canthus of the eyes, and the thin man's atmosphere leaks out, forming a cold and tearful eyes. It can be seen that there is a difference between wind and heat and wind cold.
The eyes are yellow, and the wind evil enters the yang and ming, because the fat man's internal heat is prosperous, the wind and heat are evil, and the fumigation of bile overflows, which is caused by the eyes through the meridians. "Su Wen Feng Treatise" said: "The wind and yang enter the stomach, follow the pulse and go up to the inner canthus of the eyes, and the human fat is not allowed to leak out, and the eyes are yellow in the heat." "This acute yellowing of the eyes is jaundice. "Neijing" says that diseases are caused by wind and are related to internal causes in the body; Modern medicine believes that viruses are the cause of the disease. However, the virus is not macroscopic to the naked eye, and the onset of the disease is sudden, and there are often signs of bad wind and fever at the beginning, so it is said.
Eye twitching is rheumatism. "Su Wen: The Great Treatise on the Truth" says: "Dry ...... The eyes are. "It is caused by the fiery burning of yin and blood, and the loss of tendons and muscles. If the sun is hot and the wind is extremely moving, then the "mouth and eye movements" ("Su Wen: The Final Treatise on Diagnosis") will be convulsed. If the wind is convulsive and the spirit is exhausted, then the eyes can not be turned upwards and the eyeballs cannot be rotated, such as "Su Wen Diagnosis and Diagnosis of the Final Theory" and said: "The veins of the sun, its end, wear the eyes and fold backwards." The so-called "Lingshu Meridians" "The five yin qi are all extinct, the eyes are turned, and the eyes are turned around", that is, when the dirty yin qi is extinct, the eyes are horizontally seen, which is a critical symptom of internal stroke.

6. Tongue
"Su Wen: The Great Treatise on the Truth" says: "The Heavenly ...... The main victory is chest and flank pain, and the tongue is difficult to speak. "The tongue is strong and indescribable, the liver wind stroke, and the phlegm obstructs the Lianquan. "Lingshu Meridians" says: "If the muscles are soft, the tongue is impotent." "The muscles are weak, and the tongue is weak, and the spleen is weak. If the tongue is red, it is extremely hot and hurts the yin, and it is often accompanied by convulsions. If the tongue is dry and red, it is liver and kidney yin deficiency, tendons and veins are not nourished, and it is often accompanied by boils. If the tongue is gradually weakened and the tongue is weak, it is extremely deficient in qi and blood, often accompanied by tremors and other weak winds. Those who have a short and constricted tongue that cannot be stretched, or because of cold condensation, or due to heat and loss, or due to the exhaustion of the essence and blood of the viscera, such as "Lingshu Jing Tendon" says: "The tendons of the hand is less yang...... Tongue roll. "Lingshu Meridian" says: "The foot is full of yin qi...... The lips and tongue are curled and contracted. "It's all critical rheumatism.
7. Limbs

Spasms, illness is common. "Su Wen: The Theory of Bone Emptiness" says: "The pulse is sick, and the spine is strong and folded." Therefore, all wind, heat, dampness, dryness, and cold caused by horn arch reflexion and hand and foot convulsions are evidence of the evil of the six prostitutions. "Su Wen Qi Convulsions" says: "The lungs transfer heat to the kidneys, which is said to be soft spasms. "Lingshu: Evil Qi and Viscera Disease" said: "The heart pulse is very anxious, the spleen pulse is very urgent, and it is a boil." He also said, "The liver veins are slightly astringent, and it is a spasm." "Su Wen: The Great Theory of Qi Alternation" says: "The land is not in time, and the wind is great...... Muscles and bones, muscles. "Therefore whoever has twitching of the hands and feet, or tremors, or muscles moving, may be injured by evil spirits, so that the wind may be stirred; Or it is a deficiency of qi and blood, a loss of glory in the muscles and veins, and a void of wind and internal movement. There is also a half-body failure, and the "Neijing" is called partial dryness, which is called stroke in later generations. All external winds, or visceral qi and blood lesions can be caused, and the syndrome should be differentiated according to the specific symptoms.
2. Diagnosis of wind disease
(1) Palpation of pulse
"Lingshu Shun and Rebellion" said: "Those who rise and fall in the pulse, so wait for the void and reality of qi and blood, and there is more than enough." "Wind disease can also be divided into the surface and the inside by cutting the pulse, and distinguish its fiction from reality. Man corresponds to heaven and earth, and if the wind evil causes disease, it will inevitably be reflected from the pulse.
1. Big Pulse
"The Soul of the Soul and the Theory of True and Evil" says: "The degree of the husband and saint must correspond to heaven and earth. Therefore, the sky has a dwelling, the earth has a meridian water, and people have a meridian. The heavens and the earth are mild, and the water is quiet...... When the storm rises, it rises through the waves of water...... As for its inch, the mouth is also handy, sometimes large and sometimes small. It shows that when the storm rises, the blood flow in the veins also appears to surge, and it changes in the breath, and the wind evil will flourish if the pulse is large, and the wind evil will decline if the pulse is small.
"Su Wen Thorn Zhi Treatise" said: "Those who have a large pulse and little blood have an atmosphere in their pulses, and the water slurry does not enter, which is also said." "If the water slurry does not enter, the blood will be less, and the wind evil will invade by the void, and the pulse will be large, like a wave surging.
2. Floating veins
The wind evil causes disease, and its pulse is floating, which is the reason why Weiyang resists evil and the pulse beats outside. "Su Wen Daqi Treatise" says: "The liver and kidneys sink into stone water and float into feng shui. According to the "Su Wen Pulse Essentials Subtlety Theory", the left gate is outside the liver, and the kidney is two feet away. Therefore, the left pass and the two-foot vein float the main feng shui. Wang Bing's note: "The pulse floats for the wind, and the main water is scorched, and the wind is thinner than the bottom, so it is called feng shui." Later generations regarded the floating pulse as a typical pulse of wind evil. For example, Li Zhongzi's "Doctor's Eye" said: "The floating vein is yang, and its disease is on the surface." Inch floating cold, headache and nasal congestion; Left off the floater, the wind is in the middle of the focus; The right side of the floating, the wind phlegm is in the diaphragm; The ulnar pulse is obtained, and the lower scorching wind is unfavorable, and the constipation is astringent. ”

Wang Bing's note: "The pulse is empty, the scattering is insufficient, the qi is weak and the blood is insufficient, so it is dizzy and falls." ”
3. Slippery veins
"Su Wen Pingren Meteorological Theory" said: "The pulse is slippery and the wind is called. He also said, "The ruler is not hot, and the pulse is slippery." Zhang Yin'an notes: "The main yang is hot, so the main wind is in the yang." That is, the main wind and evil of the slippery vein are on the table.
Slippery pulse is also the main internal stroke disease, which should be determined according to the symptoms. For example, "Su Wen: The Theory of Disobedience at Four Seasons" says: "Yin and Yin...... slippery fox hernia; Less shade...... Slippery disease, pulmonary wind hernia; Lunar...... slippery spleen hernia; Yang ming...... slippery heart hernia; Sun...... Slippery disease, kidney wind hernia; Shaoyang ...... Slippery disease liver wind hernia. Gao Shizong notes: "Qi disease is a hernia, and blood disease is an accumulation." The main body of the slip is vigorous, and the main blood is less, so the yin veins are slippery, and the hernia is diseased. It is also said that the wind is pneumatic and windy, and the wind is the main air. The following lung wind, spleen wind, heart wind, kidney wind, and liver wind are all the meaning of pneumatic wind. It can be seen that the slippery pulse is a disease vein with vigor and the rest of the wind.
4. String veins
"Su Wen: The Great Treatise on the Truth" says: "The end of the yin, its pulse is ...... Or even sick. "It is said that the qi of the yin wind and wood is to, and it should be the pulse of the human body. If the qi of the wind and wood is too much, then the string and strength are the veins of the wind evil.
"Su Wen: The Theory of Jade Machine's True Dirt" says: "Spring veins are like strings. He also said, "The spring vein, the liver, the oriental wood, the reason why all things are born." Therefore, its qi is weak, light and slippery, straight and long, so it is called strings. The opposite is the case. "The liver is the wind and dirty, and the string is the image of the oriental spring wood, so the liver vein should be spring and string. It is weak, light and slippery, it is a string and has a pulse of stomach qi, and the Lord is not sick. On the contrary, "its qi is solid and strong, this is too much, and the disease is outside...... If it is too much, it will make people forgetful, and it will be dizzy and turbulent." Solid and strong, that is, Yingshi is like a long rod, which is the vein of string strength, which is commonly found in the liver yang wind to disturb the high peak, so it causes dizziness and even stroke. Therefore, the chord pulse is one of the main pulses of internal stroke disease.
5. Dumai
A certain pulse that only appears in a certain part of the mouth and is the main pulse of the disease of the viscera to which that part belongs is called a single pulse. "Su Wen Daqi Treatise" says: "The heart is full of pulses, epilepsy and tendon spasms. Liver pulse urgency, epileptic tendon spasm. And he said, "The stomach is heavy and the stomach is swollen, and the stomach is bulging outside; The heart pulse is small and urgent, and all the hairs are dry. "All the heart, liver, stomach and other parts of the body are full of big, small urgency, dullness, etc., all of them are single veins; And cramps and partial dryness are all wind diseases. The symptoms are closely related to the lesions of the viscera to which the single vein part belongs. It can be seen that the diagnosis of the single pulse is an important palpation content to identify the pathogenesis of internal stroke and then determine the location of the disease.
6. Six lewd winds and internal strokes
Six prostitutions cause disease, and the pulse is different according to it. For example, if it is hot, the pulse is late, if it is wet, if it is dry, it will be astringent, and so on. The extremes of the six qi can all turn into wind, and the veins seen are complex, and they should be observed with the evidence. If the disease of internal stroke, all the three yin and three yang lesions of the internal organs can be caused, so the pulse of internal stroke disease is also more complex and changeable, as mentioned above, the heart pulse is full, and the liver pulse is small and urgent, which can be seen in the disease of boils. The stomach pulse is large and heavy, and the heart pulse is small and urgent, and they are all seen when the stroke is dry. It can be seen that the internal stroke and disease pulse should also be identified in combination with the symptoms.
7. Pulse
The "Neijing" examines the pulse of wind disease, not only its pulse, but also its pulse to distinguish whether it is an external wind or an internal wind. "Su Wen: The Subtlety of the Pulse" says: "Coming and going is sick, the upper and lower are real, and it is also an evil wind." Therefore, those who are in the evil wind will also suffer from yang energy. "The evil wind hurts people, from the surface, starting from the yang energy to be evil, its pulse is slow and slight, and the main is empty; The pulse goes to the number of diseases, and the main is real, which is the pulse of the evil wind outside. He also said: "Come and go, the upper and lower are real, and they are the pinnacle of the disease." Gao Shizong notes: "The pulse comes and goes, and the sheng goes to the micro." Come to the disease, so the Lord is real; Go to Xu, so the lord is empty. If the upper is real and the lower is empty, the qi is only reversed, and the yin and yang are not in harmony, so it is a convulsion. convulsions, hands and feet are cold; Qi is only up and down, up but not down, so it is the peak disease, and it is still said that it has become the peak disease. "If the qi convulsions go up, the upper and lower are real, and the peak disease becomes the pinnacle. The pinnacle of the "Neijing" is full of trouble. For example, "Lingshu Five Chaos" says: Qi "chaos in the head, it is rebellious, and the head is heavy." As the "Su Wen Commentary" said: "If the blood and qi go together, it will be a great convulsion, and if the qi is reversed, it will be born, and if it is not reversed, it will die." "It is a disease of internal stroke, including a stroke. This is to identify the etiological mechanism of wind disease from the rise and fall of the pulse potential, which has a certain reference value, but unfortunately many people ignore it.
(2) Inspect the skin according to the ruler
From the back of the palm to the inner elbow is the ulnar skin. According to the diagnosis of the skin is a unique diagnosis method of the "Neijing". It is believed that the internal lesions can be detected by looking at the ulnar skin from the outside. "Lingshu On the Diagnosis of Diseases" said: "The skin of the ruler is smooth, and the wind is also good." And he said, "Those who have smooth skin and fat are also windy." Zhang Yin'an notes: "The liquid is on the skin, so the skin is smooth." Those who know the wind lies in the skin and agitate its fluid. It shows that the ruler's skin is the empirical evidence of external wind evil. The scripture also said: "Those who have astringent skin will also be paralyzed by the wind." Zhang Jiebin notes: "Those with astringent skin have less blood." Blood can't be camped, so it's wind-paralyzed. It shows that the skin of the ruler is astringent, and the wind disease belongs to the void. From this point of view, the diagnosis of the smooth skin of the ruler can distinguish the reality of wind disease. Of course, in order to make a pertinent diagnosis, we must combine the signs and symptoms, conduct a comprehensive analysis, and use a variety of syndrome differentiation methods.
