In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of emergencies, maintain the normal order of medical treatment, and ensure the personal safety of patients and medical staff, on the morning of May 10, the community police of Xiushan Police Station of Tonghai County Public Security Bureau, together with the Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, carried out an emergency drill.
Before the drill began, the community police first carried out training for hospital security and medical staff, so that the staff could familiarize themselves with the functions, methods and skills of the equipment. During the exercise, Xiao Chen, an auxiliary police officer of the Sangyuan community, simulated a "bad guy" who forcibly broke into the hospital with a murder weapon, quarreled with the doctor on duty and injured him. After the reinforcements arrived at the scene, according to the division of labor in the plan, the on-site disposal personnel immediately took regional vigilance and isolation, evacuated the crowd, subdued the thugs, surveyed and verified the evidence, etc., and at the same time took the "bad guys" from the scene, and the injured doctors were treated in time, and the simulated actual combat ended successfully. During the whole exercise process, all the personnel responded quickly, cooperated tacitly, all links were connected in an orderly manner, and the enthusiasm of the participants was high, achieving the expected results.
Through this training, the safety awareness of medical and security personnel has been enhanced, the hospital's ability to deal with emergencies has been improved, and the police and doctors have worked together to provide a guarantee for the safety of the hospital's medical environment and people's property.
