In order to popularize mental health knowledge, spread the concept of health, relieve work pressure, further promote the physical and mental health of cadres and employees of the department, and boost the entrepreneurial spirit of the officers, on the morning of May 11, the Provincial Emergency Management Department invited Associate Professor Zhang Binyi of the Emergency Management Training Center of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration) to give a special lecture on "Stress Management of Emergency Management Personnel". Associate Professor Zhang Binyi focused on the topic of mental health and stress management for emergency managers, starting from "what is mental health" and "what are the sources of psychological stress?" What will be the impact? "The relationship between stress and work performance, the impact on the human body", "how to manage stress, the main methods of emotional coping" and other aspects are explained in simple terms. The lectures were exciting, pertinent and interactive, allowing everyone to better understand stress and be more wise to face and cope with it.
