At present, the harvesting of rapeseed in Qujiang has been carried out one after another. The Qujiang District Agriculture and Rural Bureau has promoted the "crop straw low-stubble harvesting technology" through training and promotion, so as to realize the "turning waste into treasure" of straw crushing and returning to the field.
Recently, at the site of the Fuli 10,000 mu paddy field project in Qujiang District, agricultural mechanics are skillfully driving harvesters to shuttle back and forth in the rape fields. With the roar of the engine, rows of ripe and full rape are rolled into the chassis by the harvester for threshing and separation, while the rape husks and straw are crushed into pieces, sprayed out from the tail, and evenly scattered back to the field to become ecological fertilizer. By deep ploughing and returning to the field, it is fertilized for the next stage of rice planting.
This year, the rapeseed planting area in Qujiang District is about 82,000 mu. With the maturity of rapeseed, the harvesting work has been carried out one after another, and it has become a key task in Qujiang to promote the comprehensive utilization of straw and maximize the utility of resources. In the early stage of rapeseed harvesting, the District Agriculture and Rural Bureau organized large grain growers and agricultural mechanics in the district to carry out a training meeting on "Crop Straw Low Stubble Harvesting Technology" to find the right technical path and actively promote the crushing and returning of rapeseed straw to the field.
As a provincial-level major grain-producing county, Qujiang has a variety of crop straw types and huge output, and it is expected that the straw resources produced by Qujiang's main crops will reach 149,000 tons this year. To this end, Qujiang actively promotes the comprehensive utilization of straw in "full, whole, global and scientific", and formulates and implements the "2024 Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Utilization of Crop Straw in Qujiang District (Trial)". By investing in "equipment + capital subsidies" to help off the field, building a "provincial + regional straw collection and storage center" collection, storage and transportation, and "introducing high-level straw comprehensive utilization of the main body" industrialization, the crop straw utilization system has been built to realize the whole process, the whole chain and the whole closed-loop management of straw comprehensive utilization.
