Last year, the Party Committee of Qujing Power Supply Bureau combined with the actual situation and put forward the management concept of "five concentric and five peers" of the main distribution network, the concentric prefecture and county, the left and right associations, the cadres and the masses, and the upper and lower wins. Focusing on this concept, safety management has taken the integrated construction of safety supervision at the city and county levels as the carrier, and has made great efforts to improve the safety supervision capabilities of county (district) bureaus and grassroots teams, and has taken a series of effective measures.

In order to enhance the safety supervision force and safety production capacity of the county (district) bureau and the grassroots team, Qujing Power Supply Bureau organizes personnel from professional departments such as the safety supervision department to go down to the grassroots level every year to teach the safety management system, requirements and skills to the front-line personnel face-to-face. It should be carried out at least 10 times a year, covering all fields and links such as safety production responsibility system, safety education and training, safety hazard investigation and management, and safety tool management.

Reduce the burden: Give employees the time and energy to improve their safety literacy

For Xie Yanqiong, who has worked in the substation operation position for more than 20 years, 2023 is definitely a milestone year. In this year, Qujing Power Supply Bureau developed and used digital systems such as substation production and operation support system and intelligent operation and maintenance control platform for secondary equipment, installed a total of 492 remote patrol cameras in 14 substations in the Shizong area, and included 14 substations from 35 thousand volts to 220 thousand volts into the real-time monitoring scope, and built a full-function patrol and maintenance center in the Shizong area, so that the work that originally required personnel to arrive at the scene to carry out became a remote "key" operation. During each inspection, each camera will carry out inspections according to the predetermined procedure, check the status of each part of each device one by one, and record and feedback relevant abnormalities in detail. While greatly reducing the amount of labor, it effectively improves the quality of substation operation and maintenance, and realizes the digital and intelligent transformation of the power grid.

Xie Yanqiong told me that this kind of operation saved them a lot of travel and hardships. "Some substations are located in remote locations, and each operation takes more than 3 hours on the road, plus on-site work, often a whole day of operation. When the road surface is icy in winter and slippery in summer when it rains, there is a big safety hazard in terms of traffic alone. Now, we can do it while sitting in the office, which brings us great convenience. ”

It is understood that the remote operation of power grid equipment with the support of modern digital systems not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources, but also greatly improves the quality and efficiency of work.

"If a worker wants to check the condition of a certain part of a piece of equipment in a substation, they only need to enter the data into the computer, and the remote monitoring camera will quickly locate it. Many equipment parts and instruments are located above the charged body, at a height of four or five meters from the ground. In the past, even if there were hidden dangers, it was impossible to see them with the human eye alone, and even with the help of telephoto cameras, telescopes, etc., it was difficult to see every hidden danger. Now, we have installed cameras at relevant points so that even the most hidden hidden dangers have nowhere to hide. Wu Mingwei, the squad leader of the patrol center, said.

The work burden reduction brought by digitalization not only reduces the safety risk of operations, improves the efficiency of equipment inspection, but also allows employees to have more time and energy to learn business skills related to safety production, and effectively improves the safety literacy of employees.
