The number of commercial complexes in Wuyi business district accounts for more than 2/3 of the entire Changsha, and a total of more than 700 enterprises have settled in. In order to strengthen the party building and industrial construction, the Furong District Federation of Trade Unions has established the May Day Business District Trade Union Federation, and the trade union cadres are from the streets, communities, property management parties and enterprises.
The Party and Mass Service Center of Wuyi Business District is set up in the International Financial Center, with an area of more than 1,000 square meters, rich facilities and warm layout. In December 2019, the PetroChina Changsha Building Building Trade Union Federation was established, and the secretary of the community party committee served as the chairman of the building trade union, and 30 enterprises have joined the union.

How to encourage grassroots trade unions to strive for excellence and make services "live"? The Federation of Trade Unions of Furong District formulated and issued the "Implementation Measures for the Standardized Construction Competition of Grassroots Trade Union Organizations in Furong District" and the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of "Small Three-level" Trade Unions in Furong District, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the grassroots trade unions to "compare, learn, catch up and surpass", and the vitality of the grassroots trade unions continued to burst out.
In July 2023, the Furong District Federation of Trade Unions guided the establishment of the Hunan Rice Noodles Street United Trade Union, and 46 shops and 188 employees in the block successfully joined the union.
"In the past, there was nowhere to say the demands of the employees, but now they can go back to 'home' to say it." In 2020, Wang Haoran participated in the construction of Rice Noodles Street. Every shop is a trade union propaganda station, and every employee is a trade union propagandist. Today, the managers of more than 40 shops in the block have spontaneously become "trade union leaders", and gradually formed a working mechanism for employees to have demands and store managers to collect them daily.
Not only are more than 200 catering workers in Mifen Street joining the union family, but under the vigorous publicity of the employees in the neighborhood, new employment forms such as takeaways and couriers are also actively "joining" in the neighborhood.
In 2023, the new model of "membership" of the Mifen Street United Trade Union was awarded the "Excellent Case of New Business Format Membership" by the Changsha Federation of Trade Unions.
Where the workers are, the construction of trade unions should be followed up. Yin Hexing, director of the variety testing and evaluation center of Huazhi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., has an office in the field. 365 days a year, half of the time, Yin Hexing wears a straw hat and works in the fields. In 2020, Yin Hexing was awarded the provincial model worker, and he was also the youngest of all provincial model workers that year.
In 2021, in order to give full play to the innovation effect of model workers, Yin Hexing Model Worker Variety Testing and Evaluation Innovation Studio was established under the guidance of the Furong District Federation of Trade Unions. Liu Chaohui, a national model worker, is the first secretary of the Party Committee of Hengda Community and has worked in the community for 30 years. How does a small post station convey great warmth? Walking through the Seremban district, large and small "trade union stations" are all over the main blocks, becoming a beautiful urban landscape.
In June 2022, under the coordination of the Changsha Federation of Trade Unions, the Furong District Federation of Trade Unions and Mars Street jointly built the first "station-home co-construction" trade union station Mars site in Furong District in Taojiashan Community.
The site is equipped with tables and chairs, heating and cooling equipment, microwave ovens, water dispensers, emergency medicine kits, charging sockets and other infrastructure, and also sets up caring areas such as staff study houses, shower rooms, and rest rooms to effectively solve the practical problems of outdoor workers, such as "difficulty in eating, drinking, charging, resting, and going to the toilet".
In order to realize the co-construction of stations and homes, it is necessary for outdoor workers to truly regard the stations as "homes". The Furong District Federation of Trade Unions and the Mars Street Federation of Trade Unions are committed to expanding publicity through trade union activities, and dispatching street trade union cadres to guard the site, so that the site can become the "front line" of the trade union's extension to the grassroots level.
"More and more outdoor workers are coming in." In her opinion, after policy presentations, skills training, charity scissors, community associations and other diversified services have been "opened" into the Mars site, more and more outdoor workers have become "passengers" of the station.
"The union station has helped me a lot." Zhong Xiaomei, a 50-year-old sanitation worker, is a native of Jingzhou, Hubei Province, and has been working in Changsha for many years. What she is talking about is the Lotus Garden Trade Union Station.

It was after many contacts and familiarization that Deng Min, a specialist of the Hehuayuan Street Trade Union Federation, learned about Zhong Xiaomei's family difficulties. To this end, the Hehuayuan Street Federation of Trade Unions helped Zhong Xiaomei apply for subsidies for employees in difficulty from the Employee Service Center, and asked her to participate in the mutual medical assistance of employees in a timely manner. Today, the Lotus Garden Trade Union Station has become Zhong Xiaomei's most trusted "home".

On June 16, 2022, the Yangfan Station of the Red Home of Changsha Express Takeaway Brother was launched, and Liu Bin and many new employment workers working around the Yangfan Night Market have a "home" to return to at any time. At the same time, Liu Bin also became the "people's sentiment courier" in this "home".
"The new employment form of workers has a wide range of activities, a large number of contacts, and smooth information channels, and is often the 'first witness' of public opinion information and emergencies." Li Meiyan, a worker of the Social Trade Union of the Dongtundu Street Federation of Trade Unions, introduced that they were absorbed into the grid and trained to become a "new force" in the grassroots governance of the community.
At present, Furong District has built a total of 21 trade union outdoor worker service sites, including 2 municipal five-star sites and 2 four-star sites, and the Hehuayuan Trade Union Station was awarded the "Most Beautiful Trade Union Outdoor Worker Service Site" in the country; The Furong District Employee Service Center was awarded the pilot unit of Hunan Provincial Service Employee Complex and Happy Enterprise (Park).
Relying on the trade union station, the Furong District Federation of Trade Unions has actively carried out more than 100 activities such as special job fairs, love breakfast activities, reading activities, free physical examinations, legal consultations, and skills training, benefiting nearly 20,000 employees.
