"Haikui-1" is a high-end marine equipment integrating crude oil production, storage, export and other functions, including two parts: hull and upper functional module, composed of nearly 600,000 parts.
The total weight is nearly 37,000 tons, the height is equivalent to nearly 30 floors, the maximum diameter of the main deck is 90 meters, the area is equivalent to 13 standard basketball courts, and the maximum oil storage capacity is 60,000 tons.
How to "board the boat"? Take these four steps
The weight of the "Anemone One" is about the same as that of nearly 30,000 cars, how can such a behemoth be loaded onto the ship and how will it be transported?
In order to shorten the voyage period and reduce the transportation risk, it needs to be loaded onto a semi-submersible transport ship like a cargo, and transported to the Pearl River Estuary Basin for return installation through the method of "big ship back small boat".
The shipping process is mainly divided into 4 steps.
First of all, the "Haikui No. 1" was towed to the open sea by four tugboats, and at the same time, the stability and attitude during the towing process were ensured by adding water and ballast to the cabin.
At the same time, the transport ship "stood firm" by anchoring, and the cabin was submerged to the design depth with water ballast to ensure that it would not collide with the "Anemone 1" during the loading process.
The third step is to tow the "Haikui No. 1" to the design position of the transport vessel through the precise positioning system through the precise positioning system.
In the last step, the transport ship discharges the ballast water float and carries the "Anemone No. 1" on its back to complete the loading operation.
Contribute to the efficient development of deepwater oilfields
After arriving at the Liuhua Oilfield in the Pearl River Estuary Basin, Haikui-1 will be towed by 12 mooring lines up to 2,570 meters long and float on the sea at a depth of 324 meters. It can process about 5,600 tons of crude oil per day, providing a new option for the efficient development of deepwater oil and gas fields in mainland China.
