Jiangsu Province has launched the consultation and procurement of railway channel technical solutions including the Lianlin general speed railway and the Xuzhou to Heze general speed railway, and will officially start the preliminary work of the program research including these two railways, and plans to basically complete the research work before the end of December this year.

Linyi to Lianyungang general speed railway is planned as a national railway class II., single-track electrified railway, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour and a main line length of about 71.1 kilometers, of which Linyi to Linshu section (Yishu railway) has been completed, and it is necessary to build a new Linshu to Lianyungang Baozhuang section of about 50.8 kilometers, with Meijiabu, Linshu, Jieai, Dongmazhuang, Zhaozhuang, Baozhuang Station (connecting station), Lianyungang and other 7 stations.

The total length of the Xuzhou to Heze railway is about 189 kilometers, and it is planned to be constructed according to the national railway level II single line, with a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour, and is planned to lead out of Shatang Station of Longhai Railway, through Tongshan District, Pei County, Feng County, Xuzhou City, and enter Heze City, Shandong Province to the west, passing through Shanxian County, Chengwu County, Dingtao District, and introducing the existing Dingtao Station of Beijing-Kowloon Railway at the end point.

The Chenzhou section of the Xingyong Chenjiang Railway has started the bidding for the technical consulting services for the preparation of the pre-feasibility study report, and the pre-feasibility study of the project will be launched soon, while the preparation of the planning study was launched for the Ganzhou section last year. The railway is about 1,169.7 kilometers long, and is planned to lead from Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, through Huaihua, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Chenzhou City in Hunan Province, and end in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province.

The Guangzhou-Pakistan Railway Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project has successively launched the project feasibility study, two-stage survey and design bidding, and geological survey and supervision bidding, and is expected to start construction before the end of 2025. The project will electrify the existing lines, and build a new section of Guangyuan City (Zoumaling-Anjiawan) and a Puji-Leba section, with a design speed target of 100km/h.

Yining-Aksu Railway

For the Yining-Aksu Railway, the Aksu Prefecture preliminarily agreed to the land and planning site selection of the project, issued preliminary opinions for it and submitted it for review. The line is planned to lead from the Buliekai Station of Yining County of Jinghuo Railway, pass through Gongliu County, Xinyuan County and Bayinbrook, and connect to the existing Kuqa to Ochobrak Railway, which is a Class I single-track electrified railway of the National Railway, with a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour.

Kuancheng-Qinglong-Qian'an Railway (Qian'an Section) has begun to publicize social stability risks, and the Kuanqingqian Railway is composed of the main line, the Qinglong branch line, the Beishui Railway Liaison Line and the relevant relief line of Qian'an North Station.

Although the feasibility study report of the Hepu-Tieshangang railway has been prepared, the pre-examination of the land use and the site selection plan have also been approved. However, China Railway Group believes that the construction time of the project is not yet ripe, and does not consider building a new railway for the time being, on the grounds that if the construction of the railway will lead to a waste of capacity and poor operational efficiency.

Liuwu Railway has started bidding for the "four electricity" and station building projects, with a planned construction period of 2.5 years, and the whole line is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2026. The line starts from Jinde Station of Xianggui Railway, passes through Liuzhou, Laibin, Guigang and Wuzhou, and connects to Wuzhou Station of Yizhan Railway.

The main line of the project is about 49 kilometers long, of which about 25 kilometers are used to use the existing Baocheng line, and the new main line is about 24 kilometers long, and the reconstruction of the existing station will be carried out simultaneously with the new station, with a construction period of 30 months.

The construction of the second line of the Jiangnao Railway has begun to be tendered, and it is planned to start construction in July this year, with a planned construction period of 3 years. The line starts from the existing Jiangnao Railway Bulak Station in the east, and ends at the existing Wujiang Railway General Temple Station. It is a Class I double-track railway with a design speed of 120km/h.
