Announcement on the revocation of the business license of the enterprise
"Lai'an County Dasheng Garment Co., Ltd. and other 31 enterprises" (list attached) because it constitutes Article 211 of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" after the establishment of the company has not opened for more than six months without a legitimate reason, or after the opening of its own business for more than six consecutive months, the business license may be revoked by the company registration authority, Article 36 of the "Sole Proprietorship Enterprise Law" "After the establishment of a sole proprietorship enterprise has not opened for more than 6 months without a legitimate reason, or after the opening of its own business for more than 6 consecutive months, revocation of business license"; Article 22 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons stipulates that "after an enterprise legal person receives the Business License for Enterprise Legal Person, if it has not carried out business activities for six months or has stopped business activities for one year, it shall be deemed to have ceased business", and our bureau shall revoke its business license in accordance with the law. Because it is not possible to directly serve or mail the penalty decision, it is hereby announced in accordance with law, and 30 days from the date of this announcement will be deemed to have been served.
If you are not satisfied with the penalty decision, you may apply to the Chuzhou Municipal People's Government for administrative reconsideration within 30 days from the date of receipt of this penalty decision; It is also possible to directly file an administrative lawsuit with the People's Court of Lai'an County, Chuzhou City, within six months in accordance with the law. Where a party is dissatisfied with an administrative punishment decision and applies for administrative reconsideration or initiates an administrative lawsuit, enforcement of the administrative punishment is not stopped. In accordance with the "Interim Regulations on the Disclosure of Enterprise Information" and other relevant provisions, the Bureau will publicize administrative punishment information through the enterprise credit information publicity system, web portals, professional websites, etc.
