Integrate rule of law resources to expand the legal service circle
How to use the Xuhui District Public Legal Service Center as a hub to promote the full sharing and efficient use of legal resources, and expand the radius of legal services? How to build a circle of friends under the rule of law who are jointly built, co-governed and shared? As an integration place and an important radiation platform for legal education resources, the Red Scarf Law School has expanded the center from a legal service window to a large ideological and political classroom for juvenile legal education, and actively explored a new path for integrating red rule of law culture, judicial practice cases and the spirit of socialist rule of law into legal education.
At the Red Scarf Law School, children are not only the beneficiaries of the rule of law, but also the disseminators of the rule of law. Through the Little Observer and Little Commentator Project, the children felt the red rule of law culture in Shanghai, learned about the work of the Public Legal Service Center, and the red rule of law culture route in the jurisdiction, so that children can transform from "educated" to "propagandists", so as to continuously improve their awareness of the rule of law, innovative spirit and practical ability.
A student who participated in the lecture told reporters, "By participating in the little docent activity, I not only learned a lot of legal knowledge, but also learned how to convey the spirit of the rule of law to others." I hope to become a real rule of law worker in the future and contribute to society. ”
Focus on the education of the rule of law culture for key groups of young people
In order to enrich the off-campus legal education resources, outstanding representatives of the "Cultivation Law Pioneer Youth Commando" of the District Judicial Bureau have joined the ranks of off-campus Young Pioneer counselors to bring professional legal knowledge and practical experience to the majority of young people. This not only enriches the content of the Young Pioneers' rule of law education, but also provides children with a broader vision and practice platform for the rule of law.
As the core position of this system, the Cultivation Law School plays a vital role. Through cooperation with the rule of law cultural block of Caohejing Street, Xuhui District, we will give full play to the role of resource radiation and actively build a "Young Pioneers socialization practice base". During the event, Xuhui District released the information on the 13th phase of the third season of the Xuhui Young Pioneers Weekend Half-day Camp.
At the scene, the children had an in-depth understanding of the spirit of the rule of law and improved their legal literacy through a series of colorful activities such as law popularization classes, mock hearings, rule of law script killing, and small anchor experience.
