Chen Leixin, male, Han nationality, born in April 1998, is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China, a third-level superintendent, and is currently the deputy director of the Xianglushan Town Police Station of the Yiyang County Public Security Bureau.
Since joining the public security work, Chen Leixin has always kept in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, firmly fulfilled the general requirements of "loyalty to the party, service to the people, justice in law enforcement, and strict discipline", and worked diligently to maintain social stability and crack down on the front line of illegal crimes. Because of his outstanding work achievements, he has won the honorary title of "Outstanding Young Policeman of the City's Public Security System".

Just after the Spring Festival in 2024, Chen Leixin found a teenager sitting by the window on the fourth floor and trying to commit suicide during a community visit. While reporting to his superiors, Chen Leixin chatted with him to stabilize his emotions and quickly rescued the teenager when he diverted his attention. After investigation, when the teenager swiped Douyin, the fraudsters contacted him to use his parents' account to buy equipment. The teenager was alert and ignored it, but when he told his family members who were working outside the home, he was severely criticized by his father. The boy felt aggrieved, disheartened, and had thoughts of suicide. Chen Leixin enlightened the teenager on the spot, and at the same time criticized and educated his family, and the teenager gradually gave up the idea of suicide. After the incident, Chen Leixin actively contacted a psychological counselor to visit the teenager's home to understand his mental life state, patiently enlighten and persuade him, and completely resolved the problem.
Since his work, Chen Leixin has participated in the resolution of more than 200 contradictions and disputes among the masses in the jurisdiction, investigated more than 30 fire hazards in the jurisdiction, eliminated potential safety hazards in the bud, and won unanimous praise from the people in the jurisdiction.

In order to effectively prevent new telecommunication network fraud and effectively protect the people's "money bags", Chen Leixin took time out every week to go deep into the jurisdiction to carry out anti-fraud propaganda, face-to-face to tell the masses about the common telecommunication fraud methods, modus operandi and preventive measures, and actively help the masses download the "National Anti-Fraud Center" APP, and enhance the public's awareness of fraud, fraud prevention, and rejection.
In October 2023, he received an early warning instruction from the county anti-fraud center: Wang in the jurisdiction may have been swiped and rebate fraud. Chen Leixin immediately contacted the party by phone and text message, but Wang was resolute, indicating that he was transferring money to a friend and did not need the help of the public security organs. Chen Leixin quickly drove to Wang's house, understood him with reason, moved him with affection, told him about the common types of fraud and the other party's practices, and contacted his family to do ideological work on him. After nearly 3 hours of persuasion, Wang gradually woke up and finally believed that the other party was a rebate fraud and avoided his loss of 60,000 yuan.

"When the masses look at public security, the key is to handle cases." Since joining the police, Chen Leixin has cracked more than 300 cases of various types, transferred more than 80 criminal suspects for review and prosecution, and recovered more than 40 yuan in direct economic losses. He participated in the handling of the "11.22" case of production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy products, the "5.15" extraordinarily large cross-border wire fraud gang case, the "2.14" loan fraud case and other criminal cases with major impacts.
Analysis, research, and judgment, visits, and overnight squatting, and went to 16 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) such as Shanghai, Guizhou, Yantai, Guangzhou, Shaoxing, and Hunan to carry out arrests...... Chen Leixin took the police as his home, gave up one holiday after another, and it was common for him to go on business trips to handle cases and pursue criminal suspects. In the face of all kinds of difficulties in handling cases in different places and the fatigue of running around day and night, Chen Leixin has no complaints, is always energetic and tireless in his work.
