In order to further implement the new curriculum standards, promote the common professional growth of teachers, and improve the effectiveness of the classroom, on May 9, 2024, Sanligang Primary School in Yu'an District, Lu'an City, carried out the teaching and research activity of "same class heterogeneity" in fifth-grade mathematics. Let's walk into the classroom together and feel the wonderful display of the two teachers.
Teacher Tang Zhengyuan used the review direction and eight directions to introduce, and introduced the new lesson by asking questions. Then, through a series of specific activities to visit each museum of the zoo, the three elements of determining the location are introduced, and the necessity of introducing each element is explained in detail, so that students can deeply understand the role of direction (angle) and distance in determining the position of objects. In the breakthrough of the difficulties in this section, Mr. Tang took great pains to guide step by step, sentence by sentence, so that students can clearly describe the walking route, so as to achieve the teaching goal of this lesson.

In the classroom, Ms. Wang guided students to connect and compare the old and new knowledge, and deeply excavated the role of direction (angle) and distance in accurately determining the location, from the surface to the line to the point, triggering students' immersive exploration and allowing students to further feel the method of determining the location in terms of breadth. In cultivating students' spatial concepts and reasoning skills, she uses students' cognitive conflicts to stimulate students' desire to continue to explore, so that students can gradually accumulate experience in independent exploration, realize the internalization of knowledge and the integration of thinking, and lay the foundation for students' sustainable development. Throughout the lesson, the progressive teaching design makes it easy to chat about new knowledge, and it is clear to argue and argue about error-prone points, which reflects Mr. Wang's profound teaching skills.
