According to experts, geomagnetic storms are abnormal magnetic field disturbances caused by high levels of solar activity, and geomagnetic storms have occurred since 11 o'clock last night Beijing time, reaching the level of ultra-geomagnetic storms at the maximum level.
Guo Jianguang, Director of the Space Weather Forecasting Station of the National Satellite Meteorological Center: In the past two years, the solar eruption itself has been much stronger than before, and the chances and probability of affecting the earth have also been much greater. At present, the process of geomagnetic storms continues, this time due to multiple rounds of coronal mass ejections.
Under the influence of geomagnetic storms, the ionosphere will be disturbed in most parts of the continent, and shortwave communication and navigation and positioning will be affected to varying degrees. A significant increase in the density of the upper atmosphere will lead to an increase in the orbital attenuation of low-orbit satellites.

But after so many years of development, we have no problem in coping. Many netizens said that there may be an impact on sleep, which is not fully confirmed scientifically at present, and we currently feel that there is no impact on personal health.
