In order to actively promote the reform of the basic education curriculum, comprehensively implement quality education, promote the characteristic and diversified development of ordinary high schools in Yuhang District and Linping District (hereinafter referred to as the "two districts"), and meet the diverse needs of junior high school graduates, in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice on the Enrollment of Various High Schools in Yuhang District and Linping District in 2024" (hereinafter referred to as the "Enrollment Work Notice"), the enrollment of students with special talents in physical education, art and other categories in ordinary high schools in the two districts in 2024 is notified as follows:
One
Enrollment Schools and Enrollment Plans
The schools that implement the enrollment of special students are:
Yuhang District: Yuhang No. 1 Middle School (Yuhang School of Hangzhou No. 2 Middle School), Yuhang Middle School (Yuhang School of Xuejun Middle School), Future Science and Technology City School Affiliated to Hangzhou Normal University (Future Science and Technology City School of Hangzhou No. 2 Middle School Education Group), Bottle Kiln Middle School, Yuhang Wenchang Senior High School and other 5 public ordinary high schools.
Linping District: Yuhang Senior High School (Linping Middle School), Yuhang No. 2 Senior High School (Linping No. 2 Senior High School), Tangqi Middle School, Experimental Middle School and other 4 public high schools.
Schools directly under the city: Xuejun Middle School, Haichuang Park School, Hangzhou Senior High School, Linping School and other 2 public high schools.
In accordance with the relevant requirements of this notice, the public ordinary high school that intends to enroll special students shall formulate the implementation measures for the enrollment of special students in 2024, which shall include: enrollment category, project, plan (including the total number and the number of people in each project), registration conditions, technical (specialty and professional level) test time, content, method, performance evaluation methods and admission rules, etc., and report to the Secondary Education Department of the Yuhang District Education Bureau or the Basic Education Section of the Linping District Education Bureau before May 13. It will be implemented after the review and approval of the Linping District High School Entrance Examination Enrollment Leading Group.
The number of students with special talents in each school shall not exceed 5% of the school's enrollment plan for the current year.
Two
Enrollment target
Those who meet the enrollment targets specified in the "Enrollment Work Notice" and the preconditions for enrollment and admission of various high schools, and at the same time meet the registration conditions specified in the enrollment implementation plan for special students of the enrollment school. Each enrollment school shall be determined according to the "2024 Reference Range for Ordinary High Schools in Yuhang District and Linping District to Recruit Students with Specialties such as Sports and Arts" (see Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the "Reference Range").

How to apply
Students who meet the registration conditions shall apply in person, collect and fill in the "2024 Yuhang District, Linping District Ordinary High School Specialty Student Enrollment Recommendation Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recommendation Form", see Annex 2) (each student is limited to one ordinary high school class of specialty students, independent enrollment, special classes and specialty students cannot be reported at the same time, and must be signed by the student himself and his parents), and the junior high school is responsible for reviewing the "Recommendation Form" filled in by the student, and if there is no objection to the publicity, the opinion shall be signed and stamped with the official seal of the school, recommended to the general high school enrollment school, the deadline for recommendation is May 20.
The junior high school shall send the student's "Recommendation Form" and the copy of the relevant award certificate, specialty certificate and other paper materials verified by the junior high school to the corresponding enrollment school at the specified time or take a photo and scan it and submit it to the designated person in charge of the enrollment school (the information of the person in charge is reflected in the implementation plan for the enrollment of special students in the high school school).

Eligibility review
Each enrollment school is responsible for the qualification examination of the enrolled students, and within the time specified in the implementation measures for the enrollment of special students in the school, the audit results will be reported to the secondary education department of the Yuhang District Education Bureau or the basic education department of the Linping District Education Bureau, and at the same time notify the relevant junior high schools, which are responsible for conveying them to the relevant students and parents.

Surgical tests
All schools will organize a technical test on May 25 (Saturday). Candidates can take the technical test at the school where they register with their ID card or citizen card.
Before May 28, each enrollment school will report the candidates' technical test results to the Yuhang District and Linping District High School Entrance Examination Enrollment Leading Group for review, and the technical test results after the review and approval will be announced to the junior high schools by the Education Bureaus of the two districts. Candidates who pass the technical test will be deemed to have completed the voluntary application for specialty students.

Admission is assessed
The basic requirement is that the weight of the junior high school academic proficiency test (hereinafter referred to as the "high school entrance examination") is not less than 30%, and the high school entrance examination results and technical test scores are composed of a certain weight to form the total assessment score, and according to the admission rules stipulated in the implementation measures for the enrollment of special students in the centralized and unified enrollment of each enrollment school, according to the enrollment plan of the enrollment school, the candidates' wishes and results, the best students will be admitted in the centralized and unified enrollment early approval. Admitted candidates will not participate in the subsequent stages of admission. Candidates who are not admitted can continue to fill in the first and second batches of volunteers.
Independent enrollment, special students and special classes cannot be applied at the same time, and the ranking of special students in the high school entrance examination is not lower than the top 60% of the two districts in principle.
If the actual number of students with special talents admitted in advance of centralized and unified enrollment does not reach the number of enrollment plans, the insufficient number of places will be included in the first batch of centralized and unified enrollment plans of the school.

Requirements
(1) Raise awareness and strengthen leadership
All relevant schools should raise their understanding of the importance of the enrollment of students with special talents in ordinary high schools, correctly publicize and guide them, and ensure the quality of enrollment. According to the relevant requirements, do a good job in the publicity and announcement of the recommendation (enrollment) of the school's special students.
(2) Strict discipline and strengthen supervision
All relevant schools should strictly discipline the enrollment of special students, and the operation process should be standardized and orderly to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the enrollment work. The recommendation (enrollment) work of each school will be included in the scope of education supervision and supervision, and those who are found to have fraudulent and fraudulent behaviors will be immediately disqualified from admission to relevant students once verified, and the relevant responsibilities of the school and the parties will be investigated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and enrollment policies.
The whole process of the enrollment of the above-mentioned special students is guided and managed by the enrollment leading group of the Yuhang District and Linping District Education Bureaus, and the discipline inspection and supervision team is responsible for supervision.
