Zuo Jinping said that Luohu will take the development of productive services that occupy the high-end of the industrial chain and value chain as the main direction of attack, adhere to the "two-wheel drive" of producer services and life services, and promote the high-quality development of seven service industries, including finance, commerce and trade, management consulting and legal services, human resources services, tourism services, service trade, software and information services.
