There are two resettlement methods for the 2024 "Common Prosperity Relocation" in Qujiang District, namely house ticket resettlement and relocation resettlement.

Room ticket placement
There are two types of room ticket placements in 2024:
1. Placement of commercial housing tickets (co-prosperity coupons) (Note: common in the city!) ）
(1) Area: 30 square meters per person.
(2) Price: 3,500 yuan/square meter for households with houses, 3,000 yuan/square meters for households without houses, up to 500,000 yuan.
(3) Scope of use: The list of specific communities will be announced later.
2. Apartment room ticket placement
(1) Area and price: basically the same as the apartment resettlement policy in 2023, and the relevant subsidy incentive policies will be cashed out in the form of room tickets.
(2) Specific scope of use:
The first batch of apartment tickets to settle the house
Note: The resettlement price in the above table is the average price, and the actual price is subject to floor difference.

There are a total of 11 communities in the first batch of apartment ticket resettlement houses in this "Co-prosperity Relocation", with an area of 60m2 ~ 140m2. With a wide range of house types and low placement prices, we can fully meet your needs.

Relocation and resettlement
Qujiang District's 2024 "Common Prosperity Relocation" relocation and resettlement policy will be consistent in 2023:
Each household covers an area of less than 90 square meters, which is built by the District Agricultural Investment Group, and the relocated households are repurchased at a price of 1,950 yuan/square meter according to the actual construction area. At present, there are 4 points to choose from: Shangshang Town (Limo Block), Dazhou Town, Hunan Town, and Xiachuan Town, on a first-come, first-served basis.
