How to generate "green electricity" in the power supply station? On May 10, the reporter came to Panlong City Digital Power Supply Station for a field visit.

Entering the Panlong City Power Supply Station, the wide charging carport and 20 charging facilities are the first thing that catches your eye. On the roof of the carport, photovoltaic panels that absorb light energy are constantly emitting electricity. There is a tall energy storage cabinet in the corner of the house, which is like a large power bank, which can store 230 degrees of electricity at one time.

"The power supply station is the cutting-edge window to serve users, and the service level should be improved, and the function of the power supply station should be expanded." Wang Zhuang, director of Panlongcheng Power Supply Station, said that in order to meet the growing demand for new energy vehicle charging, Panlongcheng Power Supply Station provides a site in the station, and Wuhan Charging and Swapping Public Facilities Management Co., Ltd. builds and operates charging stations to solve the problem of regional charging difficulties.

According to Wang Zhuang, 99 photovoltaic panels are installed on the charging carport here, which can generate about 73 kWh of electricity per hour during the light period, and up to 300 kWh per day when the sun is sufficient. Since the charging station was put into use, the cumulative photovoltaic power generation has reached 21,800 kWh. "These green electric energy can be charged nearly 400 times for ordinary new energy vehicles."

From power generation to power storage to charging and discharging, the power supply station has realized the integrated operation of "light, storage and charging". Wang Zhuang explained that this is due to the province's first integrated smart microgrid integrated energy system of optical storage and charging in the power supply station, that is, the charging station forms an independent green microgrid through photovoltaic, energy storage and charging facilities.

On the display screen of the power supply station, the reporter also saw the layout of the power supply facilities in the service area, and the information of 3 substations, 65 lines and 165,000 users was clear at a glance.
