As long as you have come into contact with the frame structure of the building, then you will inevitably come across the "pillars of heaven" in the frame, such as the above picture; So, how do you deal with these pillars?
Many friends don't know how to deal with the pillars in order to achieve both beautiful and practical effects, so I will spend about 3 issues next, focusing on talking to you about the pillars.
In this issue, we will solve the <石材包柱>problem first, mainly from three aspects:
1. How to do the marble clad cylindrical process?
2. How to do the stone square column wrap cylindrical process?
3. What should I pay attention to in construction?
01. How to make the marble clad cylindrical process
When it comes to marble pillars, you must be no strangers, the effect of marble pillars gives people a thick feeling, and a good effect looks like a whole stone column, so let's take a look at how the stone pillars are made?
Cylindrical foundation package marble cylindrical process:
1. Grassroots cleaning and repair:
Remove the floating and sinking on the cylindrical structure surface and fill the ash, plug the hole and other parts, and ensure that the base layer is clean.
2. Hanging noodle measurement control:
In accordance with the requirements of the design drawings and according to the specifications of the processed stone, vertical lines and elevation lines are released on the cylindrical surface. Eject the vertical control line of the stone, release the transverse control line of the plate with the elevation line as the baseline, and determine the drilling position of the pendant.
3. Cylindrical drilling:
YG type M10 expansion bolt is used, and the drilling diameter is 10.5mm, and the hole depth is 60mm.
4. Cylindrical steel frame installation:
The channel steel is connected and fixed on the reinforced concrete cylindrical structure with corner code, and the No. 8 channel steel of the long vertical keel is directly welded on the steel plate fixed with expansion bolts, and the two sides are welded through the long beam. The secondary keel is installed on the vertical keel, and the secondary keel is made of 40*40*4 angle steel,
5. Stainless steel pendant installation:
Determine the point after measurement, test the stone in place, and then tighten and fix the "T" piece.
6. Arc-shaped stone slab installation:
The numbered stone slabs are temporarily seated in place, and the adjustment holes of the "T" shaped parts are used to make adjustments. Adjust the verticality and curvature of the arc plate, then remove the stone slab, carry out local treatment, and after the adjustment meets the requirements, connect and fasten the pendant.
7. Glue injection caulking:
When the arc stone is installed in place, the gaps in the pendant and the groove, as well as the joints of the stone, are coated with marble glue.
The material of the stone gap is marble glue and supporting curing agent, and the ratio of marble glue to curing agent is 20:1, which is used for the hanging tongue filling of the pendant and the bonding of the stone joint.
Installation Precautions:
1. When the stone is installed, it should be processed in strict accordance with the numbering of the typesetting drawing, so as to prevent obvious color difference and typesetting differences;
2. When installing the stone, pay attention to the direction of the stone texture for installation;
3. After the marble installation is completed, it must be protected with a marble protective film, and if there is abrasion, it needs to be re-polished and polished.
In addition, attention should also be paid to whether there is a height deviation in the joint, and you can also use your hand to knock on the marble to see if there is a hollow drum phenomenon.
02. How to do the stone square column wrap cylindrical process?
We will not introduce the specific process of the square column package cylindrical process in detail, let's take a look at what are the important steps.
1. Eject the vertical and horizontal control lines according to the drawing.
2. Fix the corner code on the cylinder with expansion bolts to prepare for fixing the channel steel behind.
3. It should be noted that the fixed channel steel should be ensured to be in the center of each side of the column.
4. After fixing the channel steel, the next step is to use the angle steel as a connector to connect the external channel steel. Once secured, make sure that the requirements are met.
5. The next step is to install a customized curved angle iron, so that all the bones of our stone pillars will be built.
6. The next step is to start hanging the stone and install the dry pendant. The dry pendant and the stone are carried out at the same time, the stone is dried and hung up, the gaps are handled, and finally the finished product is protected.

03. Precautions
What do we need to pay attention to in making stone columns?
1. After the stone enters the site, it is necessary to receive it by a special person to ensure the quality of the stone, and it is necessary to accept each stone when entering the site for acceptance, and carefully check whether the specifications and models of the materials are correct and whether they are consistent with the material list.
There shall be no obvious defects such as broken, lacked, corners, dark marks, cracks, local pollution, surface pits, pits, etc., and the pre-spelling shall be carried out according to the number after passing the acceptance, and after ensuring that it is qualified, it shall be stacked on the solid and flat ground according to the number.
2. Before the stone is installed, it is necessary to ensure the welding quality of each node of the steel frame, the tightening strength of each component to meet the requirements of the specification, and the anti-corrosion paint must be painted at the welding place.
When drilling holes and installing keels on the original concrete columns, the position of the internal reinforcement should be avoided to avoid damage to the column structure.
3. The connectors used must be checked for bearing capacity, and there are no less than 2 rivets or bolts in each place.
The anchorage strength of the connector and the main structure must be greater than the design value of the bearing capacity of the connector itself, and the bearing capacity of the main structural components directly connected to the connector must be greater than the bearing capacity of the connector.
4. The force should be uniform when playing the caulking glue, and the gun should be steady and slow. If the caulking glue surface is not smooth, you can use a stainless steel spoon to scrape it flat, the spoon should be wiped clean with use, and an appropriate amount of mineral pigments can be added to the glue according to the color of the slate.
5. After the stone installation is completed, it should be tightly fixed with a wire hoop, and try to avoid the impact on the next layer when installing the previous layer, so as to ensure that the longitudinal and transverse seams are straight and the size is consistent.
How to protect the finished product after the stone column is completed?
1. After the stone entry acceptance is completed, it needs to be stacked on a solid and flat ground, and each stone is packed with foam and wooden boxes to avoid pollution or damage in the stacking process.
2. When the stone is slotted, the stone needs to be placed on a bracket with flexible protective material to avoid scratches on the outer surface of the stone.
3. When dismantling the scaffolding, protect the stone after the installation is completed to avoid bumping
