One day in 2011, 29-year-old Yao Beina called her father and said, "Dad, I may have cancer. The cause of the incident was that Yao Beina found a dimple-like depression in her left breast in the mirror, and with her knowledge of her body, she immediately went to the hospital, but the doctor advised Yao Beina to be hospitalized immediately. Yao Beina, who was devastated, dialed her father's phone, so there was the opening scene.
When her father learned about this, he advised her to find a few more hospitals for examination. Later, because the laboratory tests were normal, other doctors agreed that it was an inflammatory mass or fibroid. Yao Beina also gradually relaxed. But 20 days later, Yao Beina found that the dimple was deepening, and she had a bad premonition and found the first doctor to hospitalize her again.
Because it was not possible to detect whether the tumor was benign or malignant, the doctor recommended pathological examination, and the diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer was finally confirmed. Triple negative breast cancer refers to breast cancer that is negative for estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and proto-oncogene Her-2, because the cell surface receptors are negative, this cancer has no chance of endocrine therapy or targeted therapy like type A breast cancer, resulting in poor prognosis, also known as "the most toxic breast cancer". In this way, Yao Beina underwent left breast resection + breast reconstruction on the doctor's recommendation, and underwent 8 chemotherapy treatments to prevent recurrence.
Everyone knows the pain of chemotherapy. According to Yao Beina's recollection, during chemotherapy, there was not a moment when she was not nauseous and wanted to vomit, sometimes even vomited bile, and a lot of hair fell out, and the optimistic Yao Beina also shaved her head. But the most painful thing for Yao Beina is that she can't sing, singing is not only her career, but also her life, how much she wants to return to the middle of the stage! During chemotherapy, when she heard that Teacher Liu Huan invited her to sing Zhen Huan's Hongyan Tribulation, Yao Beina went to record with the consent of the attending doctor.
In 2012, with the explosion of Zhen Huan's biography, Yao Beina also began to enter the public's field of vision, and then became popular all over the country, and Yao Beina's story of fighting cancer was also widely known. In 2013, Yao Beina sang in her album "I have fought the devil for a few rounds, even if it is extremely intimidating and does not shake hands and make peace", expressing her tenacious fight against breast cancer and her own strong soul.
What everyone didn't expect was that on June 27, 2014, when Yao Beina was undergoing a follow-up, she found that the cancer cells had metastasized to the bones and liver, which was different from breast cancer, which can be removed in the early stage. This is obviously impossible, and the doctor recommended that Yao Beina use systemic chemotherapy as soon as possible to control the growth of the tumor or kill the cancer cells, so as to prolong the life cycle.
For this only way, Yao Beina chose to refuse. Having received chemotherapy 8 times, how could she not know the pain of chemotherapy? And the cancer has metastasized, chemotherapy is just a delaying tactic, once she receives chemotherapy, it means that she will leave her beloved stage forever, which she can never accept. On November 13, 2014, Yao Beina endured her physical discomfort and chose to continue to stand on the stage, and a fish became her swan song on the stage.
Later, Yao Beina's health deteriorated rapidly and she was admitted to the intensive care unit, and when she was dying, she asked her father to sign an organ donation form on her behalf, and she wanted to donate her cornea. On January 16, 2015, Yao Beina passed away in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.
Today, Yao Beina's cornea has helped four blind people see the light of day again. In order to commemorate her, her fans built a statue of Yao Beina in Wuhan Shimenfeng Memorial Park, signed as Forever Beina, she is like a flower that will never wither, forever blooming in our hearts.
Now the biography of Zhen Huan is still playing, but Yao Beina left this world forever at the age of 33 because of the recurrence of breast cancer. Many people regretted hearing the news, but some people questioned the truth of the news at the time, Yao Beina was diagnosed with breast cancer at an early stage and was cured after surgery, why did she die after only living for three years?
At that time, Yao Beina's attending doctor also expressed regret for Yao Beina's death in an interview, and then sighed: "Originally, her surgery was very successful, and the recurrence rate of breast cancer after early treatment was less than 10%, but it was because of these three things that she made the recurrence rate of cancer reach 100%!" ”
First, there was no timely review
When she was cured and discharged from the hospital, the doctor explained to her that although the current indicators are normal and the cure rate of early breast cancer is as high as more than 90%, she should not take it lightly, and she must have regular reexaminations to prevent the recurrence of cancer. At the beginning, Yao Beina would follow the doctor's instructions for regular check-ups, but with the rapid development of her career and the fact that Yao Beina herself is a workaholic, she has no time to recheck. Her attending doctor had repeatedly urged her to have a follow-up examination, but she could not spare time to go for a re-examination, and it was not until her attending doctor scheduled all her examinations on the same day that she found that Yao Beina had metastasized her bones and liver.
But at that time, her right breast was healthy and there was no sign of recurrence of the removed breast. Through this incident, we can understand that regular follow-up can help us monitor the recurrence and metastasis of the disease, and help the disease to be controlled for a long time, which is also the necessity and importance of regular review. With the broadcast of Zhen Huan's biography, it has brought her a lot of fame, and Yao Beina's career has also soared, various performances and partners have come to the door, and the work intensity has increased greatly, and Yao Beina can often be seen squeezing out time to lie on the sofa in the studio to rest. We all know how important it is for post-operative patients to rest. Rest can promote the repair of the body, but Yao Beina's long-term, high-intensity work makes the body unable to rest, and the body's resistance is greatly reduced, resulting in immune cells can not remove cancer cells in time, so that cancer has a chance.
In daily life, we must learn to balance work and life, arrange our working hours reasonably, and it is recommended to ensure enough rest every day to avoid long-term high-intensity work, and at the same time, I hope that Yao Beina can continue to sing in another world.
