On the evening of May 3, there was a sudden sound of "clang" of chiseling walls in the underground garage, and the sound was very loud. Some residents found that a large pit had been carved out of a load-bearing wall behind the parking space.
Some of the residents realized that no matter what was built, they could not destroy the load-bearing wall, and it was the load-bearing wall of the garage. The lowest load-bearing wall is broken, and the security of the entire building above can be in question.
Some residents immediately called the police. While waiting for the police, the residents asked the construction staff to show their construction permits, but the other party could not show them.

But as soon as the police left, the group started construction again, and they didn't listen to the persuasion of the residents in the community at all.
Early in the morning of May 4, the sound of construction came from the front of Building 2 of the community. Several residents of the community actually walked into a dug "tunnel" from the underground entrance of the clubhouse in front of Building 2.
To the surprise of the residents, this tunnel is more than 30 meters long, more than one person high, and about 1 meter wide. When they reached the end, they found themselves digging with a pickaxe.

According to the notice of the Urban Management Law Enforcement Brigade, the community is backfilling the big pit in the small garden in front of Building 2.
Previously, the entrance to the tunnel where several residents had entered the clubhouse had been chained and could no longer enter.
The Fengtai District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee is verifying and qualitatively destroying the load-bearing wall.
The police have fenced off a wall that clearly shows signs of breakage.
The wall has been carved out in 6 large squares, possibly trying to dig a door out of it. There is a large square on one side that has been exposed with steel bars, and it is clear that this wall is a load-bearing wall.
