Notice on the 2024 Funan County Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Qualification Review
According to the requirements of the "2024 Funan County Public Institution Open Recruitment Staff Announcement", the list of personnel participating in the qualification review and the specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:
1. Time and place of qualification review
Qualification review time: May 14 to May 15, 2024 (8:30-11:30 a.m., 2:30-5:00 p.m.).
Qualification review location: conference room on the fifth floor of Funan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
2. Certificates and materials to be provided for qualification review
During the qualification review, the applicant shall provide the original and photocopy of his or her valid resident ID card, academic (degree) certificate, relevant certificates and certificates required by the recruitment position, as well as the registration qualification review form (printed online), written examination admission ticket (two copies, one retained, one signed and confirmed by the qualification review team and stamped with the official seal of the leading group office and handed over to me as an important basis for future professional testing, physical examination, inspection and other links) and other materials. Thereinto:
1. If you are a full-time 2024 graduate who has not obtained a graduation certificate, you must provide the proof materials issued by the academic affairs department or college of the school that you can obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate, and your written commitment that the graduation certificate major is consistent with the major of the applied position.
2. For part-time academic education that has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the grades in each subject, and graduated in 2024 but has not yet obtained the graduation certificate, the written certificate issued by the school or the provincial or municipal education department responsible for self-study examinations, adult education, etc., and the written certificate of "graduating in 2024, has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results of each subject, and the graduation certificate is to be issued". My written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the position I am applying for.
3. Those who apply for the position of targeted recruitment of personnel in the "service grassroots project" must also provide a certificate (appraisal form) of the service grassroots level, and retired soldiers must provide a notice of enlistment (or a copy of the enlistment approval stub) and retirement certification materials.
Personnel of the "Service Grassroots Project" who will expire in 2024 shall provide certificates (appraisal forms) or relevant supporting materials.
4. Those who apply for the post of "family members of the army stationed in Funan" must also provide military certificates, marriage certificates, ID cards of soldiers and their spouses, and the original and photocopies of the military approvals, which must be stamped with the seal of the political organ at the next higher level of the soldier's unit and signed by the main leaders of the political organ.
5. Those who apply for positions with restricted household registration must provide household registration materials (ID card, household registration booklet, etc.) that are registered in the county at the time of admission to the high school (middle school) examination or have moved into the county before the release of the "Recruitment Announcement".
6. Those who apply for the position of "CPC member (including probationary Party member)" must provide the identity certificate of Party member issued by the grassroots Party organization with which the Party member organization is located, including name, ID number, time of joining the Party, probationary Party member or formal Party member, and other information.
7. If you apply for a position that requires work experience, you must also provide relevant supporting materials: if you have a labor (employment) contract, you must provide the original contract; If there is no labor (employment) contract, the written certification materials (signatures and seals) issued by the work unit shall be provided; For self-employed businesses, provide business licenses and other relevant materials; If it is necessary to accumulate time, relevant certification materials of multiple units shall be issued.
8. The academic qualifications of the universities of Hong Kong and Macau must be recognized by the national education administrative department; For foreign academic qualifications, the certificate of academic qualification issued by the China Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education must be provided.
9. The regular staff of organs and institutions must also provide proof of the consent of the unit and the competent department to apply for the examination in accordance with the authority of cadre personnel management.
In addition to the original proof of receipt, the above materials shall be returned after reviewing the original, and the copies shall be retained and signed by the personnel of the qualification examination team. Personnel who pass the qualification review shall be signed and sealed by the staff on their written examination admission ticket and registration qualification examination form. If you still fail to provide the original academic qualifications and other relevant certificates (certificates) before December 31, 2024, you will be disqualified from employment.
3. Precautions for qualification review
1. Those who enter the qualification review must participate in the qualification review on time, and those who do not participate in the qualification review shall be deemed to have given up automatically and shall not enter the next link.
2. Participants in the qualification review must meet the qualifications stipulated in the recruitment announcement, and the photos, information and other information provided during the online registration must be true and complete. If there is any falsification or falsification of information or certificates, it will be strictly investigated and dealt with in strict accordance with the relevant regulations.
3.
