NORWEGIAN IMS GROUP AS SUCCESSFULLY ACQUIRED ALL THE SHARES OF JOWA AB, HEADQUARTERED IN GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN, ON APRIL 30, 2024.

For more than 70 years, JOWA has been providing environmentally friendly equipment to the maritime industry and has earned a good reputation.
